Just stopped in to pick up a brass fitting.
The store was in the best shape I have seen in a home depot.
Clean, shelves were well stocked not over stocked.
Cashier was very pleasant. Kiddos to the managers and floor personell.
Other stores should look at this store.

Tristan in Lumber was very helpful and kind young man. Me and family were gathering materials for a loved one we lost. He made the process for gathering and cutting materials so much easier for my family as were are going through a hard time.

So helpful with the heavy wood pellets. And no complaints with loading. So nice.

Thank you to the person who works plumbing department. I hit a snag when installing a faucet. He helped diagnose the problem and came up with the solution. He educated me on PEX-A and walked me through the remainder of my install. With his guidance I was able to complete the install.

I've been going to Home Depot for most of my garden plants. I can always find what I need here. I bought my cooking stove here. Great price.

I love the Gallup Home Depot. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to personally thank Nicolette Garcia in the garden department. I lost my phone in the Home Depot when I was shopping there last month and she was so nice. I gave her my phone number and she called my phone while I was looking for it until I found it. She went above and beyond to help me. I hope the Home Depot in Gallup will recognize her for her good deed.

April 11, 2022 I had one of the best experiences at Home Depot. The Gallup location off of exit 20 I-40 has a very respectful and professional team. I had the pleasure of meeting Elijah Blue and Tabitha and other associates that were more than accommodating. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very satisfied as a loyal Home Depot customer. Thank you all for what you guys do. Keep it up. Thank you again.

Friendly and informative employees, couldn't remember the items name but described it and they knew exactly what I needed and helped with some suggestions too. Quick and speedy checkout. Items ordered, no hassle and free delivery to the store for pickup. Prices for lumber is much more reasonable than beginning of summer!

A helpful place to buy supplies needed for a new home project or items and tools you need to do household repairs. The staff are very helpful to answer any questions, referring to the project you are dealing with.

Friendly service, Eddie helped us find everything we needed all over the store. Excellent customer service.

Very convenient option, this place is my go to when I don't want to go to an over crowded Wal-Mart across the street. Here I was able to purchase some shower basket suction shelves to hold my shampoos, body wash and soap. Also a loofah hanger. Also a shower mat. No crowds. In and out. Very satisfied with my purchase.

We ordered rain catch barrels to get delivered to the store. I had only gotten notice for one arriving, the customer service person got our rain barrel and then noticed our other one had come in and caught me before I left so I could get it. Great customer service, saved us a another trip 100 mile round trip.

Loving the fence ideas and options to buy, the plastic fence are a little obvious so I personally don't recommend for the esthetics.

Albert the Manager was great!! He went above and beyond with much appreciated customer service. He was very patient and SUPER helpful. Thank goodness for managers like him!! Cashier Toni was the best! I loved all her good advice and help. She was very nice and just the help I needed too. I love this Home Depot. I'd go here over my other locations to shop because it's always a great visit with top notch caring customer service. I give them 6 stars!!
