The staff at 169 Connell Highway are amazing. They were supposed to close at 6 but were there until 9 waiting on the customers that had waiting for hours. I was there for almost 3 hours and still needed to go back twice the next day. They tried everything to resolve the issues with my account, that were all computer related. Even with all the issues with me and the customers before me, they remained calm which made us not get aggravated. True meaning of customer service.

Always have a great experience at this specific location, workers are always so nice and super sociable. Don't hate them for trying to sell you something, it's literally their job:)

Sam was such a kind, welcoming and knowledgeable! The process was made easy and he even was able to help me solve issues I had been struggling with.

Richard was by far the BEST service rep. I have ever worked with.

I went to a Verizon store in Middletown and got screamed at by the young guy that approached me because I asked what kind of deals do you have. His reply was I don’t know depends what’s in your account. I asked about a promotion I saw online an his reply was depends what’s in your account. I said just tell me what’s available and stop playing games. He screamed at me and I told him I am going to another Verizon store. I entered the Verizon store one young man working. He had a customer that had bought a phone. Then there was an older woman asking all kinds of questions and had no intention of making a purchase she was even asking him how many pages are in the owners manual. I have to say this kid was amazing his name is Dylan and he knows his stuff. The kid sold me two phones and while that’s was being taken care of he sold two more phones to the two women that came in behind me. He set up an Apple Watch and had two guys come in and pay their bills. There were three people still there when I left but I am positive he took care of them. Thank you Dylan

Mike and Tyler were amazing. So knowledgeable and patient. Mike made the intimidating experience of helping mom trade in and get a new phone quick and easy. He was even able to lower our monthly bill while adding services! All while never being pushy or just trying to make a sale. We really appreciated the superior customer service from this store especially when compared to other retailers. We will be returning for all of our wireless needs.

Ramon, the store manager, really made my day! I went in looking for a way to buy more hotspot data for my cell phone plan and he helped me get set up with a Home Internet system instead—one that I'm really THRILLED about, especially as we are about to move into a new home in a couple of weeks! He was super knowledgeable and is THE BEST example of what "good likes like" regarding customer service. My experience with Ramon greatly exceeded my expectations! Way to go!

Edward the store manager was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made my experience unique and hassle free! He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. The Service from Mike, and Kim was excellent! Mike was my main contact. He assisted me in upgrading my phone from a windows phone to a droid. Kim assisted several times in the process. They were patient finding how to download my pictures and videos - which was not easy. I also got a tablet today - which I am enjoying. Sawyer was on duty as well and was extremely pleasant. Office environment was warm and comfortable. A very good experience overall.

Ryan M, the store manager, was AWESOME! He helped me unlock my gmail account (I had completely locked myself out) so I could access my new phone's features, transferred ALL my data from my iPhone, helped me pick out $100's of free accessories, AND got me a military discount! HIGHLY recommend. The most knowledgeable and friendly technical experts I've worked with in the phone industry. Only complaint is the store closes a tad early, but Ryan didn't mind staying a little late to finish setting me up. Overall, the best experience I've had at a Verizon store- Go to this store now!

I had a great experience at the store. I came in to buy a tablet but I wasn't sure of my options. They were able to get me a new iPad and lower my bill! Sawyer was a great help and the manager, his name was Mike, was amazingly helpful as well. They even had my favorite type of candy in an adorable pumpkin bowl. Great customer service! Chris and Mike were fantastic super friendly and helpful. Got a new phone and all the accessories I need. They gave me tutorials on how to use the new phone and transferred all contacts and photos. I would definitely recommend them!
