Puffins restaurant

A bit loud but the staff was nice and the food was good. A bit salty though and the hashbrowns were over cooked. I didn't appreciate the news up on the TV but was glad the volume was low. A cute little place that I'd rather visit in summer when I can be outside :)

I stopped by late on a Saturday morning and the place was packed! There was plenty of room and chairs outside for us to wait and it only ended being about ten minutes, which isn't bad considering how many people were there. Puffins has a HUGE selection of drinks and we couldn't resist trying the Toasted coconut martini and Reese's coffee - both reasonably priced and delicious! I would go back just for their drinks so kudos to the bartender! The food did not disappoint! We had the Fruit topped French toast (fabulous) and the Protein breakfast bowl, which was out of this world! Sizes were generous and prices are average. Our server, Cali, was exceptional... fast, friendly, and never left us waiting! Very happy with my visit there today... can't wait to go back.

Delicious! Stopped by for a family gathering, the restaurant was very accommodating! The food was great and the big TV is a massive plus! The puffin painting was beautiful. I will be back.

If you’re ever in the greater Worcester area, stop here for breakfast! I dropped in with my husband and mother-in-law on a weekday. There’s was plentiful parking and I noticed several handicap spaces available. Wasn’t too busy given it was a Monday morning. We were immediately greeted and we found the place to be bright, well decorated and clean.

There was so much choice on the menu. I was delighted to see that they could make gluten free French toast! Which was exactly what I had and it was delicious. My hubby had a platter with eggs and mixed breakfast meats, also looked great. I found the prices to be fair for the quality of the food.

I noted that the restrooms were not only clean but gender neutral. This is highly important! It’s welcoming to families with young or disabled individuals and also welcoming to the LGBTQ community.

Lastly, there was a variety of seating and easy to get around, which is helpful for seniors and anyone needing some additional accessibility.

Great place. We’ll visit again.

This place was just remodeled, it's beautiful. The menu is great with tons of choices. We were able to get a burger with fries at 7am, and they start serving cocktails at 8am! Definitely stop by and check them out! Great atmosphere and fantastic food

Haven't been into puffins in three years the restaurant has a great breakfast my associate had a big fish dinner. Both were excellent, restaurant has been totally renovated

I went to this Puffins Restaurant this morning! It was HOT! They are doing a great job with their business and the food is great! 5* for me! It was a bit of a wait but that means they are so yummy! They had two areas to eat out doors and they decorated so cute! I love it! A little tip when it is too hot, make an old fashion hand fan with the menu 🙂 it worked for us! I definitely would recommend this place for all! Enjoy! I tried to take some pics but it was a bit hard for me today! But next time yes! Oh yeah, instead of hot coffee get the ice coffee! Refreshing! These workers are working together as a big TEAM and I like that! They are cleaning each table after use! And the sunshine is shining down on everyone! Great staff!! Great work! Too extra because they are doing so much extra work in this heat trying to please all their customers! 🙂

We eat breakfast out a lot since our retirement. Just ate at Puffins this past weekend. The food, service and atmosphere were the best I've had so far! Especially the pancakes, which were light and fluffy. We're going back ASAP.

We went for Grandma's birthday brunch, and boy did they impress. Kids were entertained, Drinks were fun brunch cocktails, and the food was delicious! Had myself a BLT, and it really hit the spot.

I took my mother to Puffins today for her birthday. The food and service were exceptional. I highly recommend the homemade hash, it was the best I’ve tasted anywhere. I will make sure to visit again.

The place is THE BEST , the menu is like homemade meets first class, I love the place, there's a small parking lot so get there early

Haven't had a bad experience yet. Homemade hash is delicious. Never a complaint on the wait staff. They are amazing. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Portions are huge! Go hungry or prepared to take your left overs home.

I just moved into the town and tried Puffins for the first time over the weekend. My girlfriend and I loved it! Will definitely be seeing us again.

I’ve been to Puffins now three times, and every time I come it has been phenomenal!
The staff is very welcoming and attentive, and the food is fantastic!
I especially enjoy their lunch menu, everything has been a hit! The drinks are also delicious

Absolutely amazing breakfast! We had a small wait, but it was well worth the food on the busy Saturday morning. I will definitely be back, but I will probably make a reservation for a table. The hot chocolate was fantastic and the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on top was beautiful and tasty. The Nutella french toast was scrumptious. I will definitely get it again. The waitress was perfect and checked on us frequently. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you for the amazing service.

I really enjoyed this place. They are able accommodate an allergy with gluten free options. Our server was great. The only thing I wish, and it is a small thing, I like to always see something green on my plate. A garnish of parsley, a bed of lettuce or chives on the home fries would move a 4 star rating to a 5.
