I Street Viewpoint

i'd previously visited one of the other nearby street viewpoints and really enjoyed it so on our recent visit we went on a small walk and wanted to see this one. there is a small public trail which is behind a gate but if you read the signs you'll see you are allowed to walk it. the view is great and we were lucky enough to see some surfers out as well. there was plenty of space for a picnic or just to lay out on a towel and enjoy the weather. we were there for a little while and saw people coming and going but it never got too busy. we didn't see parking availability nearby so i would suggest walking here after grabbing breakfast or lunch like we chose to do.

Beautiful view. I know why I live in San Diego!

Never knew this spot existed. Got lunch down the road and decided to walk around while waiting for it. There's one small round table but a nice, large grassy area. Beautiful ocean views. Grabbed the beach blanket out of the trunk and we ate our lunch up there. Plenty of free parking was available.
