Barista with the red hair was a doll, told me all about the location and beautiful mural. She also kindly remade my drink and literally made it better than expected. Utter perfection. Had actually ordered on the app for the drive thru and only had gone in because my son had to use the restroom and I needed to order something I couldn't access on the app. Glad I stopped in! Next time the family drives to Cali, this will be an extended stop to enjoy a well crafted custom beverage.

Update: we stopped by and the girls had a cute set up... they were displaying different types of coffees. The girls had some baked goods...n samples of coffee. They were so sweet to my kids. This changed my last review! Thank you!

At first the lady was so helpful... then she got busy... then she started to ring us up and she wouldn't let us use get our points. I kept trying to be nice and found out she was the manager 🥺 This really made me sad. I just feel like we have lost our way in customer service... even if you get busy... you shouldn't throw things around... be passive or ignore your customer when they try to ask how your days going. that's just common humanity I think. Idk maybe she was just having a bad day? I've been here before and haven't felt this uncomfortable 😕. Well update on my next visit.

The service here has improved and I like how quickly my drink was made. My drink has been made great each time now with no problems. I wish I could have seen inside earlier because that mural is beautiful.

It's faster if you go inside and order. You can also find out faster if they are out of ingredients rather than waiting in line for the drive thru to find out they are out. Nice place for first time dates

It is an absolute vibe being in there. The atmosphere is relaxing. The mural is beautiful inside and I love the use of the Navajo language on the signs! The service was good and the cake pop was even better! Definitely a nice place to be.

This location has improved 👏🏻. We now visit 4x a week to get our fix. The lobby and restrooms are always clean compared to most out of state locations I've been to.

Literally the kindest people you will ever meet. Been coming here since I started at the Taco Bell next door and I've never had an issue at this location. I hope these workers know how amazing they are.

On our way to Fort Leonard Wood Mo. 6 days earlier we stopped here and I accidentally left my sun glasses. On the return trip we stopped here again and I asked if they might have my Sun Glasses...THEY DID 🙂❤ also this is one Starbucks that has personality, loved the take a book leave a book set up and the Navajo saying with translations.
The employees are extremely nice and friendly.
I hope to stop here again someday ( We're from Los Angeles area) Great Store

Perfect custom drink to me! I ordered so many time in Albuquerque and end up with my disappointment. This drink today in Gallup made my day delightful . Thank you Gallup Starbuck Team!

They were so awesome, I went twice.

I stopped to rest and have some coffee. I collect the mini been there mugs. They didn't have any. But they told me where to find some. I was shocked when I found one that I didn't have. Kudos

Awesome staff!! Friendly and upbeat regardless of the jerks they have to deal with on a daily who don’t want to follow the state and city ordinances of wearing a mask. Love the little surprise messages of “have a great day” written on my cups. Love mobile order and how quick it is. Love how my drinks are always made to perfection. Especially my flat white with soy and caramel. 😋😋

Stopped for a quick coffee on a road trip. Drive thru line was long so went inside. It's huge with a beautiful interior..clean and bright. Staff was friendly and made the best lattes I've had at a Starbucks in a long time.

Quick pick up. Order on the app and coffee ready at their suggested time. Variety of drinks hot and cold with flavored teas. Hot food or baked goods. Good choices.
