Trek Bicycle Encinitas

I had the privilege of getting my bike serviced at this location. The Trek mechanics were extremely knowledgeable and diagnose the front and rear derailer issues quickly. The Trek store was immaculate, hosted by friendly team members, and one of the best looking Trek stores I’ve visited. They definitely have one of the most top selections/wide varieties of bicycles within California.

Great advice, excellent and fast maintenance service. It’s great to work with positive, caring professionals who know cycling. And what a beautiful, spacious store. I highly recommend this bike shop.

Looked at all the fantastic bikes, but not currently in the market unfortunately since there are some great sale prices! Bought a few smaller items including a nice pair of Rapha bib shorts. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.

Tremendous team at Trek Encinitas. I drive past 3 Trek store to go see these guys. Over the last 5 years Ive gotten to know them by name. I trust them more than any other service organization Ive used for bikes or vehicles. Bought an amazing gravel bike here. Tim was great in helping me get the right fit as well as explaining the differences between the bike size geometry and body posture. He had me go test ride again and again until I knew for sure which size was most comfortable. On top of that they took a trade in for which I was given an amazingly fair price. Also the post maintenance services offered and included with the bike are really good. I would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone interested in getting a bike or accessories. Definitely worth it checking it out !!!

Trek Encinitas is the kind of business that displays team work amongst themselves. Something I don’t see examples with other businesses these days. Chris checked some difficulty’s I was experiencing with my bike. He explained and fixed the issues. I felt kindness and care from everyone there. I’m a hairstylist. I will be telling my clients where I purchased and service my bike.

Customer service by Tyler at Trek Encinitas goes unmatched. I had researched bikes on the Trek website prior to making my first visit to the store so I had a good idea of what my purchase would be. Tyler walked me through everything, answered all my questions, gave detailed explanations of my bike's features, and never even hinted at pressuring me to purchase. The shop in Encinitas, CA worked on my bike and it is working perfectly now! I want to call out the level of commitment and detail that the service and store manager had at the Encinitas staff in resolving the issue. They communicated well and displayed care and pride in their work.

Great service! I had a bad crash on my bike which needed much repair of the handlebar and brake lever and gear shifter. The service guys were great. They completed the repair promptly and to my satisfaction. Bike is as good as new.

We are visiting the area from Hollister. We are attending Ibike in support of our daughter with Down syndrome. We needed a bike. We, found this store via other stores we visited. Great experience here. Everyone was super helpful, especially Chris! He pointed me to the right tool for the job and was super helpful in explaining how to fix things myself to save on paying shop labor for easy jobs.

I am an entry-level cyclist and I have been struggling to find a shoe that fits well for cycling. I walked in and was impressed at the selection and customer service. Bob helped me every step of the way to get measured for the best shoe size and insole size; he is very knowledgeable and super passionate. Even though most items are now ordered online for convenience, for cycling shoes you have to be measured in person for the best fit and this is the place to go. Thank you Bob and team!

My sales rep Tim was excellent. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and, after a discussion, got me to try to bikes that he thought would fit my needs. His service and the service of the tech who worked on attaching all of the accessories I purchased (all of which were critical) were really terrific to deal with.

Trek Encinitas is the go to place to get your bike serviced (and to purchase a new bike). This time, we were given a Specialized childs mountain bike by a neighbor, that was neglected and needed work. We wanted to give it to our grandson who just learned to ride a bike, as a Christmas present. Brought the bike in to Trek Encinitas, and Chris Bitzer, and the other members of the Service department turned this bike into a gem. The cost was far, far les than a new bike. Awesome work Trek Encinitas, as usual!!
