Charlie's Electric Bike

So we originally purchased 2 bikes 2021. I did an upgrade to a bigger beach cruiser in 2023. We absolutely love our bikes! More importantly the service after the purchase has been incredible! ! We just brought in my bike because it had a cable damaged from a fall from our truck.
Mason who is absolutely amazing took care of not only the broken cable but checked everything else to make sure it was performing smoothly. GREAT service Mason!

They helped my daughter with her chain. And when they were fixing the chain on the e-bike. They wiped down her bike. Made it look brand new. They also have great accessories for your bikes as well. Stop by. U won’t be disappointed.

We were given first class attentive service. Sam our sales person was patient, intelligent and answered our questions honestly. Absolutely no pressure. He encouraged us "to sleep on it" "research it" and return if it was the right decision for us. Pricing was fair and honest. Our Emojo 750 SS bikes are amazing. What a pleasure it was doing business with them. PS I rarely give out 5 star ratings if I could give more to this deserving business and salesperson I would.

Much quicker and less costly repairs/servicing for our Magnum Pathfinder bikes. Glad to have found Charlies and highly recommend them.

Tommy and Brian are very helpful and friendly! It's just a bummer that you have to wait 5 days before you can pick up your bike, however Brian said he would try his Best to have it ready a day earlier! That's awesome customer service! Five stars to Brian for effort!Hope it happens!

Came here looking for a new bike for the family to get around on. Brian was extremely helpful in teaching us how to us the ebikes and answering all the questions we had. We went from very little knowledge to feeling confident in our decision to purchase after taking some test runs and giving him feedback on what we liked and didn't. If you're looking for an ebike and not sure if you'll like it or what it's all about definitely pop down to Charlie's. They'll get you setup with everything you need to enjoy the bike for your day to day life.

The service is exceptional - Gavin went above and beyond to make a repair on a ebike I got online - even custom built a tool! Now I see the value in purchasing locally because all of Charlie’s bikes are backed by their service dept. which at this point is worth their weight in gold.

These guys are pros. Glad I bought from Charlie's - they take care of everything even AFTER you buy the bike. Thanks for the tune up and fixing what my kids broke!

My husband and I rented bikes from Charlie"s while on vacation in May 2019. Brian provided us with excellent customer service. He was very thorough in explaining how the bikes work, showing us all the features and answering any questions we had. We are considering purchasing some ebikes through Brian. Charlie's shop is very nice, clean and they are all very personable. Would definitely recommend renting from them.
