I came here on a Saturday a bit after they opened at 10am and there’s a bit of a line, maybe about 10 minutes of waiting. Lots of parking in the plaza so no issues there.

I don’t know how they do it but the doughnuts here are delicious and don’t feel super heavy! The dough is super fluffy and light, not at all greasy. The filling is also a great amount of sweetness. I got the mango sago and the pandan sticky rice doughnuts. I preferred the latter more because it’s a little less sweet but both were delicious. The mango one even has pieces of fresh mango inside! Will come back again!

An absolute must have in the Bay Area. I love this place. Outstanding doughnuts! Doesn’t leave you with a greasy tired feeling even after having eight of them haha. They have such great flavors and was told it’s changed every two weeks. They are so tasty and delicious. The young lady at the register is always so sweet and welcoming, very knowledgeable about the food. Been here twice now and will definitely keep coming back. All the staff members are so nice and welcoming.

I wandered in near closing time because the line was not out the door for once. The owners were super friendly and helpful—a literal mom and pop (and daughter?) shop.

I'm simple and tend to not go for the fancy flavor combinations, so I wasn't sure how I would like these, but OMG, the flavors were so well-balanced, and despite the amount of things going on, they all worked together without being too gloopy, cloyingly sweet, or heavy.

You know a place is good when the young kids are working their. This place has amazing fluffy malasadas. Their selection is creative and unique. The flavors are awesome. The chive savory malasadas was to die for. Their service is amazing and patient. The line does get wild. They do run out of donuts.

They offer malasadas, mochi donuts, and coffee. The first time I came here, I got the banoffee, calamansi supreme, and mango sticky rice malasadas. I practically inhaled the banoffee and saved the other two for the next day. Since they are stuffed with cream, I stored them in the fridge and they were still delicious. My favorite had to be banoffee but I may be bias because I had it fresh, but calamansi supreme was a close second. I'm a big fan of citrus.

The young lady working the counter was so sweet, it's sadly rare to find good customer service these days but the customer service here was actually notable and positive.

They're only open 3 days a week from thurs-sat, though I could be wrong. I wish they had longer hours so I could stop by before or after work. I came here on a Friday morning so there was no wait at all, but I hear Saturdays have a line. Either way, I'll be back in the future to try all their other flavors.

Unique and exquisite flavor, is definitely my new favorite donut shop. Plenty of parking, warm welcoming smiles all around, even the bathroom is decorated with a beautiful, relaxing scene. I love it!!

Had their donuts multiple times at farmer markets and they’re definitely the best donuts I have ever had. The flavors I have tried have all been fantastic (crème brûlée, tiramisu, mango, strawberry cheesecake), and I find myself craving these donuts frequently.

Would highly recommend; I can’t wait to go to the bakery itself and try more flavors!

Read about the bakery a few months ago and visited the first time today. High quality malasadas with unique flavors and not too sweet (which I like). I especially liked the calamansi creme. Hope to come back soon.

I don't like donuts but these were really good. Not too sweet, not too oily, a good chew, and the flavors were spot on. I like mochi donuts even less than raised donuts but the Japanese mochi were decent too. My husband devoured them.

Arrived 10min before 10 and waiting about 25 min before ordering. Line moved fast. Nothing sold out yet. We liked the ube (not much coconut flavor?) The most, guava and jasmine oolong were popular. Toffee coffee was good and a little sweeter. I wasn't as much a cookies and cream fan but nothing wrong with it. Definitely pricey but the donuts are worth it once in a while. Buying fresh mochi is a lot cheaper than mochi donuts, probably would pass on to those next time.

Yum! Delicious malasadas, mochi donuts, and coffee drinks! I wish this place was open everyday so I can grab coffee + maladas before I start my work day, but they open only a few days a week from Thurs to Sat from 10AM until they sold out. I came here on a Saturday before and saw a very long line! So I decided to come here Thursday a little before 11AM. I was surprised to find no line, just one customer ahead of me finishing up. I ordered about 5 malasadas from ube, orange chocolate, yuzu, strawberry, and earl grey. I also got an iced mocha drink which was surprisingly really good and not too sweet. It kept me awake for so long. The indoor space is very cute and the workers were extremely friendly. They rotate their flavors and have special flavors each week!

The malasadas weren't too sweet, and I thought the yuzu was my favorite. I wished the ube had more flavor and the chocolate one was OK. The earl grey didn't really taste like earl grey to us. The yuzu and strawberry were the most memorable ones to us. Lots of yummy cream and fluffy bread. It lasted us for a little over 2 days between the 2 of us. I would love to try their white rabbit flavors and mochi donuts, as well as their other drinks. Definitely worth a visit if you can make it!

Awesome Mom & Pop Spot. Drove from SF to get their yummy Malasadas and Hawaiian Mochi. The line wasn’t too bad today, came around 9:40 saw no one in line. Came back around 9:50, seven people waiting. My husband and I came before on a Saturday and waited 40 minutes, but we arrived at 10:30 at that time with a few flavors left of the malasadas. Their flavors rotate so it’s not always the same. The malasadas have a nice soft texture and they aren’t stingy with their filling. Also they package them well, always great for the photo ops. 😂

A very petite store serving filled doughnuts. Came here on their 3rd days of soft opening. They ran out of the popular doughnuts by 12 noon and they opened at 10am. Only two flavors left. The employees are very friendly and patience handling all the madness and the attitudes from customers who seem to not understand what soft opening is. They will continue to open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10am - 3pm until they ironed out all the kinks. If you want to try, you must go there early. The doughnuts are made fresh daily and they are soft and got the chew. The filling is not too sweet, just the perfect sweetness. BTW, according to the staff, they will start serving mochi doughnuts next week. These are not your regular doughnuts and they are a bit on the pricy side at about $5 each.

Super delicious donut, very light and fluffy, not much sweetness in the filling and donut itself. The powdered sugar on the outside provided just enough sweetness for my sweet tooth! Small family owned business, be prepared to wait in line. I arrived around 10:15 and waited about 30 mins, but it was totally worth it. I tried genmaicha, oreo cheesecake, and ube - all were delicious and had delicate flavors. Will definitely be coming back!

Are these worth the hour and a half drive and waiting in a line out the door? Yes, yes they are. Amazing flavor and texture, perfectly sweet, and fresh ingredients. The man who took my order was so sweet and funny, he did an excellent job and was in such a great mood. Love love love this place.

Delicious, I absolutely recommend a visit or several! We visited on a Saturday so there was quite a line. But, it was completely worth the time. The Passionfruit macadamia nut donut was exceptionally good, I also loved the Norwegian smoked salmon donut, it was savory and delicious. Super friendly shop and great service.

Best doughnuts in East Bay. Truly a family run shop. New flavors always on rotation. So good, we served them at our wedding.
