Thank you Drug Co! I give you credit for saving my Yorkie, Pooh Bear. The kind ladies at Drug Co compounded his heart meds and now he can take them easily. You are kind and helpful and I can't thank you enough. I highly recommend Drug Co and want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. For saving my Pooh Bear.

This Pharmacy has always been great to my family and I. They make medication for my daughter every 14 days and even offer to ship it to her at College when she is away. For me it's worth the drive from Vista to Escondido just to have them make it for us

I've been a customer of Drugco Pharmacy for over 20 years. I like them because they have the fastest most efficient pharmacist and staff in the west.

I received a card in the mail with an apology for the issues I experienced and decided to take another chance. This pharmacy has really gone above and beyond to fix every issue and make sure that I am treated with respect and dignity.

I recently switched to this pharmacy because I was tired of CVS. They are friendly, but not very helpful in being able to fill prescriptions timely. My doctor changed the dosage on one of my medications and instead of comparing the month before and calling me to check, they left me without the medication for a week. They also didn't tell me that I could pay cash for any uncovered medications. The final straw is because they messed up my last prescription, I have to wait until November 1st for my insurance company to switch over. It has been a nightmare dealing with this business.

This is the worst pharmacy I have encounter. Sadly my son doctor sent his prescription to this bad place. They called me saying they had the prescription with them. I asked them to msg me their address and they fail to do so. It has been almost 2 weeks so I reach them again about that. Again, they failed to send me the address. I head over @12:10 monday march 11. I go to the front and right away I hand over my sons insurance card and the lady there takes it. I got puzzled when she didn't even stayed at the front or reviewed it. I mean they said they were going to ask for it. 10 min pass and I heard the pharmacist being so rude that the last name and DOB doesn't match. I told them, ok you took my cards and didn't bother to look at them first. She was acting so unprofessional and just wasted my time. They don't know how to communicate at all. Very unprofessional and do not recommend at all. Avoid this place cause they have the worst service. Specially that pharmacist with short hair.

Howard the Pharmacist is unprofessional and very rude and showed no empathy for the ill. My daughter needs her routine medicine to survive and he showed no compassion or understanding for the negligence on their end. I will never do business here again!

NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY!! Especially when the owner or manny are not present.
We have been using this pharmacy for 8 years and even moving to Palm Springs I still commute to get the medication from drug co because the owner has always been very nice and helpful. I have never had a problem until 8 months ago when I was trying to get a medication filled for my very sick little girl, I called everyday and also contacted the insurance provider to see why this medication kept getting rejected. Come to find out drug Co was not sending in the verification required by CCS. Finally after spending weeks trying to get the matter resolved I spoke with Jackie, who said the medicine would be ready to be picked up today 9/23/17. I called the verify the medication was available and was told one prescription had not been ordered again!! After talking to Maria, she transferred me to Howard the Pharmacist who was so rude and told me to go to another Pharmacy if I don't like they way they do business. Well I did just that, after I write this review I will be Cobtacting the BBB and also the board of Pharmacology.

I used this pharmacy for year's and I "thought" They cared. WRONG!! They could care less about You! I was told They would no longer fill My prescription for Pain Med's because I can't fill My "maintenance" Med's through Them. I am "required" to do Mail Order with My Ins.. Made Me feel like I was a piece of Trash, like the ppl who come there to buy Their needles to shoot up in the alley right by Them. I'm trash! Don't bother using Them!! Extremely unprofessional and uncaring.

We have used this pharmacy for years, but they have become very unhelpful and unreliable. They appear to care little about customer care or safety. Very disorganized.

Absolutely terrible Customer service!!! Shady pharmacy and a really shady Pharmacist!
