Michael's Footwear

They did a great job putting new soles on custom shoes. It only took a week. I waited several months at another store only to get the wrong soles put on. This is the second pair of shoes I have had repaired, and both turned out perfectly. I highly recommend them for leather repair.

I wanted to get a new pair of shoes stretched a little bit before a trip, and Michael’s was amazing! They were able to accommodate me before my trip and turn them back around to me well before we left. Price was incredibly reasonable - I will definitely be using them for future cobbler needs.

Highly recommend bringing your shoes here for repair. They were able to fix my heels in 6 days. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and great prices! I will be bringing all of my heels here for future repair/polishing.

I took a pair of Allen Edmonds dress shoes here after AE wouldn't replace the heels. The clerk (owner?) was very friendly and efficient. He seemed genuinely happy to take care of my shoes! He had them finished in a couple of days instead of the 6 weeks or so that AE takes. My shoes were repaired as promised, shined, and delivered with a smile at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I've been going to Michael's Footwear for years, and I wont go anywhere else for my shoe needs. Mike is so kind and caring, he and his brother in law are two wonderful men who take real pride in their work. They are happy to see you walk in the door and always give you all their attention. The work quality is top notch, and I love that I'm supporting a neighborhood business. A great place to go for all your shoe needs:-)

My one experience at this place was fantastic! I came in around 10:30am needing my shoes polished for a wedding I was standing up in. My intent was to buy the polishing set myself, since I needed to be at the church in Pewaukee at 12:30pm. The front desk manager asked what style shoes I had, so I showed them. They told me I would spend too much for the polishing set and recommended they take care of the service themselves. It was extremely reasonably priced and about half the cost from the set. The manager informed me they were busy and the polishing service would usually take about 2 hrs. Since this timeframe was not realistic for my situation, they assured me they would drop everything else and get it done right away. It only took them 10min! I was very impressed and offered a $10 tip. They would not accept, so I offered $5. They still refused! I told them ok, well the least I can do is write a good review, so here it is. This place cares about there customers and is highly recommended!

Wonderful service, friendly & they take their time with you! I never felt hurried and/or rushed. Definitely will go back! I needed my soles repaired & a shine. Even tho the streets are tore up, it's worth it!!

Bought a pair of redwings from here, the owner was extremely friendly and I got a great deal on the boots. The guy even jumped my car for me. Found out they repair the boots too. Definitely will return.

I've gone to this store 3 times for work boots and every time I'm greeted with such hospitality that you CANNOT find anywhere else. I can't say enough good things about this place. They size each of your feet and when you go back the next time you tell them your name and they have your sizes written down. They really go above and beyond to find the right boot/shoe for you. I tell everyone I know to go here. I've never had to get repairs done mostly because they sell such a good product.

I have been coming to see Al the shoe guy for years. Al has always been very friendly and entertaining during my shoe buying experience. I have also used Michael's for repair of shoe's some he could not fix and the ones that he can look brand new. I which I could upload a picture of my Allen Edmonds he repaired for me for a fraction of the cost of what they were going to charge me.

I recently visited Michael's Footwear and am so glad I did. I have had foot pain for over a year now. Al is very knowledgeable and explained everything. He had me try an insert that gave me instant relief. Highly recommend!
