The UPS Store

Upon arriving at The UPS Store I was greeted by a worker with a smile and help at the machine seeing as I have not done a lot of shipping. I was returning an item to Amazon I pulled up my QR code she assisted me and walked me through it and it was done within 5 minutes. She handled it very easily and was very helpful to me and I was out the door with a smile!

Update on 6/22:
I had to make an update following the change in the ownership at this UPS franchise location happened maybe around 2 or 3 months ago. This definitely has altered the feel and the way things handled. Now Sunday hours are added. But, I have to say that all the faces I was familiar with are gone and keep changing at a fast pace. Complete turn over for seemingly less effective and this is sad.
I can only pray and hope it gets better after a while.

It may not look much from outside but this is one of the efficient spots around town to get things done when it comes to shipping and things related to it. Honest friendly faces to serve you as best as they can. It has not changed a bit since I got to know them. This tells me a lot about a privately run franchise business that they were able to establish an environment leads to same positivity after new team members added. Fast paced setting with larger back office than its small front.

Just received my print order from the UPS Store in Hales Corners. Quality is excellent, pricing was lower than I expected, and staff were very helpful on the design process. Highly recommended for any print needs.

The staff was courteous, professional, and prepared. They gave me options I didn’t know were available.
Also, they helped me through a difficult Amazon return.

I needed to have two pieces of furniture that were my mothers shipped from Wisconsin to my home in California. They were an odd size, one was a desk, the other an old singer sewing machine, and I had no idea how much they weighed since they were being stored by my brother. I contacted John the Manager and gave him the dimensions, and he was awesome from start to finish. He ordered special boxes, worked with my brother to get the items, got them crated and ready to ship, and kept me up to date every step of the way. The items arrived here in perfect condition, they were so well wrapped and protected, it only took a week to get here and the process was seamless, and a lot cheaper than other shipping quotes I was getting. John was professional, polite, and treated these items like they were priceless - which they are - great job John!!

The people at this store are totally awesome. I had purchased bed topper, and didn't like it, so I had to return it, however there was no way I could get it back in the box it came in.
When I took it to UPS, I expected to have to buy a box, but they said they would get in back in the box that been fighting with, lol, and they did it!!!!
They didn't have to do this for me, but they did.
Great customer service, and they helpedme out a ton.

Sent a small package to a new condo development in Green Bay, WI. For whatever reason, the UPS delivery person couldn't locate this address is.
Initially, I spoke with Chris, who was very helpful and said he'd look into the issue. Haley, has been following up on the "missing" package and has been relentless in her investigating. Today she called to tell me that the package was being returned to the Hales Corners Store. She herself doesn't understand the issue as the location is easily identifiable when you type the address into Google Maps. I can't compliment the employees at the Hales Corners UPS Store enough. Each and everyone has been helpful. A special shout out to young Haley who went above and beyond keeping me informed. Thank you Haley, you are a STAR employee.

Wow. I love this store. They are so helpful and make everything seemless. I needed a custom poster and they designed the whole thing in a day and then emailed it to me directly to review. Then once approved they printed it, laminated it, and delivered it. I would highly recommend using this store. Great service and guidance.

I won’t go anywhere else! Love the employees & owner! They truly care about their customers & go above & beyond everyday! I can’t recommend this store highly enough! You won’t be disappointed! Super FRIENDLY, HONEST, FAST & EFFICIENT! The men employees even open the door for you & offer to help you carry larger packages in from your car! You don’t find service like this anywhere else!

Very pleasantly surprised UPS has the service of photocopying large size materials! The clerk Mandy is very professional and done the business very quickly. I highly recommend this Ups store!

I really needed to mail some things as a return and something to a friend. I brought in a loose CD and a mini air conditioner to return. They were the weirdest items, and the people were so helpful and patient in that. I was able to buy my shipping supplies there and it’s a less stressful experience than going to the USPS.

An an experience that reminds me kind people and great customer experience still exists! I didn’t get her name, lovely woman with dark hair helped me!

The UPS Store - Hales Corners is a great place to get printing done. I had a printing job I needed fast. 30 copies of a presentation 27 pages long, color, and comb bound. I needed it for a meeting the very next day. The staff at The UPS Store had no problem with it. I sent the powerpoint to them via e-mail. I received an e-mail a couple hours later saying it was finished. I couldn't believe it! Awesome job!

I went in Friday around 5:30pm. Very busy. They were very patient with me and helped figure out how to emailing labels. I was able to return my items. I did not get the kids name but he is young with wild curly blond hair. Wish I knew your name but your boss needs to know you are a star and an awesome worker!!!!! Keep up the good work.

I was referred to this store by a relative and found it was under new ownership. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to create and entire new menu for my business and they helped with format, font selection, and even created a menu cover using photos from my computer. The end result was a professional looking menu with a color cover page and the price was WAY under what I thought it would cost. (she even ordered the plastic covers for me.)

My daughter and I needed wedding invitations and we were on a strict budget. The owner came up with font choices and a color scheme to match my daughters theme of a autumn wedding. The result was outstanding! We got 250 invitations and RSVP cards and envelopes all mailed out by the store (and stamped) so we had time to concern ourselves with all of the other wedding planning.

Going this route is the ONLY way to go!

Always accommodating and friendly staff. Very pleasant experience each time I come in to ship a package.
