AT&T Store

All of the employees were very friendly, courteous, patient, & helpful numerous times. We would recommend this store/location to everyone.

Very helpful from the moment we walked in. Told us about deals we didn't even know about when we came in and saved us money without it even being a question. So happy to have a location closer to me with a helpful friendly staff.

The store staff was very knowledgeable very courteous they provided excellent customer service they helped find the best deal for what I was trying to accomplish which was adding a line. I was specifically I impressed with Scott. He is an excellent employee and so is the other young man who was working there with him that day.

Yesterday my husband and I got new phones the employee that worked their his name was Damien. Very nice and very helpful, he even told us that someone else at the store added something to our old phones and he removed it so now we won’t get the extra charge. Definitely will keep doing business with him.

Scott and Ali were both so amazing!! I was assisted with an upgrade and I could not be more impressed with the overall experience of going to this location. Thank you guys so so much, great work guys!

Both Damian and Von are exceptional. They were extremely helpful, professional and patient. They answered all my questions and now I am happy new member to at and t . I am very pleased with their customer care and would recommend to everyone this specific location .

I was more than pleased with the customer service and support I received while I was in the AT&T store at Southridge Mall. It was apparent that Mr. Melendez and the other representative, Luis, truly care about their customers and experience with AT&T. Mr. Melendez was very knowledgeable about the services they offer. He knew how to resolve any issue that came about in a quick and friendly manner. As customers entered the store, both him and Luis greeted them and assisted them as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this store and it's employees.

Victor was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He was also very nice even though the place seemed a little understaffed and he was doing a lot of work for just one person. He went above and beyond to help me out. Made my experience easy. Thank you!

Quinn and Das were phenomenal! I went in today on the advice of Apple with my new iPhone. Apple said that AT&T would replace the phone due to some damage. I went in and while I didn’t get the phone replaced from AT&T, Quinn talked with the Apple rep on the phone, sent them pics, and walked me through my options if Apple didn’t resolve my issue. They also reviewed my phone plan ensuring I was getting the best deal possible and gave me several tips on the new iPhones. They didn’t make a dime on me today but they treated me with first class care. They are the reason I have stayed with AT&T all these years.

I want to say this was the best experience my boyfriend and I have ever had at a store! We were just looking but Luis was able to get us a free phone by coming over from us cellular and he saved us $90 a month over spectrum! I love this store!

Had some problems with my new phone. I tried to get a live person thru AT&T services and was consistently given a number system. I gave up and went to the store at Southridge. I met with Donnie and Victor. Within 10 minutes they solved the problem. They really know their business. They were friendly and most respectful! I highly recommend them and their store at Southridge!!!

Damian is the best! Solved our problems and told us the truth! Something that at another store they didn't! I really appreciated his service!
