I’d like to give a HUGE thanks to Lindsey, Peter, and Tony for all the help. I was a little overwhelmed on picking out the Perfect wedding ring , the style of diamond, the band, the head, etc. They helped me every step of the way and made it such a pleasant experience! They treated me like family, and that’s hard to find these days. Thanks again!

Brian Catania was such a great help. We went to 3 other ring stores and every sales rep just didn't seem interested in the sale of a wedding ring. Brian was able to show us a great ring but it was in the yellow gold band rather then the white gold. He explained that's an easy change and showed us the same one on the web page. He also stated it was on sale. He hooked us up and I highly recommend meeting with him. Pretty funny guy too.

Pete is amazing man he made sure we left with our wedding rings happy and got us a great deal. We first went to Helzberg month before buying our rings and when we return he still remember us and was happy to see us and help us. They make the cleaning exam for my wife's ring quick and simple. Found a loose stone on the ring and tightened it up right there so I did not have to wait a couple weeks.

My husband and I recently got our wedding rings from here. The workers Titus and Peter (I believe their names are) were extremely helpful and nice! We will be back because of them!

We had a great experience today. Lindsey was awesome. We brought in my daughters bracelet that broke, her ring that had some diamonds fall out and my ring for the every 6 months prong check and to get it sparkling again. I gave her my husband number since he bought 2 of the items, and it wasn't there. Gave her my number wasn't there. Gave her my daughters and nothing. That left my sons and daughter inlaw. Somehow, all our stuff got transferred to our sons number. Now my son and husband have the same exact name and address. Our son does have Jr on his name. Needless to say, it was a mess. Lindsey apologized, but we weren't upset at all because we could tell she was trying really hard to find the items. She also said she remembered us from before. She got it all straightened out and was such a sweetheart. We come from Menifee since the Temecula store closed. Everyone at this store has always been helpful. I wanted to take a minute and leave Lindsey a great review because she was awesome! Thank you, Lindsey!

He helped present ring options that were geared towards my interests (ex band design, Diamond type) and within budget—he made it an easy and efficient process. Magnificat service from Peter, he helped me make a decision on getting my wife a new 30 years anniversary wedding ring replacement. Peter also was able to expedite the sizing of new ring which we needed in a few day since we were traveling to Italy to celebrate anniversary. were able to get ring on time. Just pick out the best engagement ring today from Peter Carlowe. He was incredibly amazing and so patient and helpful in our process to buy my engagement ring diamond and wedding band. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and he answered all our questions and he answered everything clearly. He TRULY care to give us the best of what we wanted. I was just window shopping today and stopped to admire the display cases. Brian approached me, and after some small talk I mentioned I wasn’t looking to buy, but I had a prong on my wedding ring that always caught on fabric. Brian asked if he could take a look and a few minutes later I saw him polishing it. He had tried a small trick to get the prong to lay more flat. After I told him I couldn’t pay him for the service he just smiled and gave me my good as new ring. All I could say was “thank you” over and over. Customer service workers are so often overlooked and abused. Not just by entitled patrons, but by the corporations they work for. Brian and the two other employees (I didn’t get their names, but one was a young lady who complimented my old cat lady purse, the other a tall older gentleman) deserve all the credit. And certainly more than just a “good job” from higher management. (I’m talking raises, Helzberg!!! We all know you can manage it.)
