This is my goto hardware store. They sell there nuts and bolts individually, not like Home depot. The customer service is great. If they don't have what I want then I go to Home depot. Their prices are very competitive. Overall, I give them a 10!

They have the best hardware store I’ve ever been to. If you’re wondering what hardware stores used to look like before we started subsidizing big box stores like Home Depot with tax abatements and killing our local economies, this is it.

This is the long-gone hardware store with local experts from the industry.

They are the only store that carries Cutex exterior wood finish, which is some of the highest quality protectant on the market.

These guys are a great pillar of the community.

Amazing Service. Just what we need in a hardware store. Had some keys made at Escondido Lumber. I left 1 set behind. 3 months later, I was in the store and a clerk came up and said "Did you leave these here?" I was floored that someone cared so much to keep the keys in the first place, then to remember me (or my truck).

It is hard to find if you are looking for a hardware store, there are no signs for it. The only signs are for Escondido lumber. It is in the same building. The staff is always very friendly and will easily help with your hardware needs (unlike home Depot) I would recommend!

I manage a Termite repair company and have found Escondido lumber to be competitive and professional. Dealing with them is cost effective.

Great people and products. This is place to go for specialty lumber and items. Stock lots of older items you can't get at "Box" stores.
