Ordered a Marin bike. The item was not in stock so it took about a week before shipping. The bike arrived damaged and it was easy for the local bike shop to fix. Bikebling was very helpful and was fast to respond to questions.

I was skeptical, as I am with all internet sales, but this place is legit!!! The salesman at the store answered when I called, I explained what I was looking for and then he gave me the owner, Kerry's number. I did as told and left a message and my call was returned within an hour or two which I consider very good considering the calls they must get. I explained what I wanted, he looked up when he would have it, and I actually opted for a bike he had in stock which was an 2021 Orbea FS Wild M-10. We worked out the deal and within about 10 minutes he had reserved me a bike and told me the day I would get it. Well it showed up as he promised as he gave me tracking on it so I was well aware of where it was. The bike was nearly completely assembled, I had to only put on the front wheel and the bars. It had a type of plastic wrap over the entire frame, then it had foam over that, and cardboard between an parts that could scratch the frame. It was perfect!!!!! Thanks to Kerry, his sales crew, and Bikebling in general!!!

BikeBling has been a fantastic outfit to purchase from. The main reason is customer support and personal care after purchase, not to mention highly competitive pricing. I have recommended friends and colleagues to them who have had the same experience.

During times like this outdoor and especially bike equipment is in extremely high demand with slow supply chains and stores that can be totally overwhelmed, so other folks have to take negative reviews with a grain of salt. I had sizing issues with certain purchases and they were quick to rectify with options that went beyond what I would expect from a standard business to offer in addition to personable communication and fast delivery times.

I reached out to Bike Bling to find the new Jet 9 from Niner. Due to the current supply chain situation none of my local dealers were able to get the bike I wanted. I called up Bling on a whim to see if they had any of the previous generation Jet 9. They did not have anything but took down my name, number and said the owner, Kerry, would give me a call later that day to talk about the new one. Sure enough he gave me a call later that day and talked through what the lead time was looking like from Niner, price ect.

As was the case for most shops around the country the delivery date got pushed back a few times but I was very happy with the responsiveness I got from Kerry personally updating me that status of the delivery.

One day I got a call from Kerry saying that he had a bike for me, but it was not the build I had pre-ordered as Niner did not have all the components in for the build I had on preorder. Despite the build being higher end than I wanted he was willing to negotiate on price with me. In a time where bikes are hard to come by I was impressed with his dedication to get me a bike that fit within my budget.

I committed to the bike in the afternoon by the next day had the tracking number. The bike came very well packed, assembly was straight forward, put the wheels on, bars on, sealant (provided) in the tires and air them up. The whole bike was carefully wrapped in foam wrap and the box was filled will dunnage to ensure nothing was able to move around during transit.

I would not hesitate to buy from Bike Bling or recommend them to others.

I got my Pinarello Grevil from Bike Bling after waiting for almost half a year for my order from another shop (the bike was on back order). I called to make sure they did have the bike in stock and the size I wanted. John initially helped me out and assured me they had it in the store. I placed my order on Saturday and got the bike the following Wednesday. I was excited to get my order so quickly! No issues with my bike upon arrival. Just wanted to thank John and David again for the help - great communication and customer service from this shop.

I read some bad comments online and was initially hesitant but customer service replied promptly and reassured me they got my back. They actually gave me personalized service and even helped me edit my order to get proper helmet color and shipped pretty much the same day. It got delivered one day earlier and I'm happy with purchased. I will definitely buy from them again online.

I ordered a bike helmet and it came promptly and safely. What impressed me is BkeBling's service. They answer the phone promptly and are very knowledgeable. Kerry, the owner, will even give you his cell number to communicate with him directly if there are any problems. That kind of customer service is unheard of these days and it is what separates a good store from a great one. I highly recommend BikeBling!

Great group of folks. I ordered a bike a while back, and they had trouble getting it due to the manufacturer’s issues. I called them up and talked through what they could get or had. Luckily my second choice was in stock. Got a great deal, they had the bike packed up and ready to ship that same day. Received the bike same week. Took me 30 minutes from the time I saw the box in my driveway to having it on my bike stand and ready to go (minus the pedals, took me longer to find what I had done with them from my previous bike). Bikebling did a fantastic job on packaging the bike, it was tuned and ready to go. I had bought my wife a Yeti from another online store before, and their prep work was not near as thorough as Bikeblings. I would not hesitate to buy a bike from them online at all. I do not live near a Niner dealer, so online is about my only choice. And I would highly recommend you checking them out. Hopefully if I am ever near their store I can check them out in person. If you check out the photo, you can see the box they shipped the bike in... no marks, no dents.

Wow....Kerry the owner, and his staff were awesome. I bought an Orbea Terra gravel bike on line and it arrived at my house (Colorado Springs) in three days, The bike frame itself was packed great. During shipping the front wheel got a ding. I called Kerry and explained the minor ding. Kerry said no problem, and had a new complete wheel with a new rotor shipped which I received in three days, It was so nice to deal with Kerry and his staff. They called me back, emailed me every time....the same DAY, which is unheard of in business today. The service was fantastic and he (Kerry) gave me an awesome deal on the bike which I love. I would highly recommend Bike Bling for your next bike purchased.

After I placed my order I decided to call with a few questions. I was pleasantly surprised an actual person answered the phone, he was extremely polite and helpful. I placed an order for a gift not expecting it to arrive until after my son’s birthday, not only did it arrive but it arrived a day before. Really appreciate personal customer service and their quick shipping. Fabulous people and products, highly recommend!

I ordered an Orbea range extender and it showed up from the factory without the connector cable. John sent me the missing cable express at no charge and I was able to ride on the weekend.

This is a great bike shop I don’t understand the reviews specially considering how COVID pretty much made it impossible to get a bike this year. I wanted to get a carbon hard tail last March but was about a week too late as all the bikes around the world were gone when the pandemic hit. I looked everywhere but nobody had any bikes available.

Late summer I started looking again and came across Bike Bling. I went to their shop to check it out and they were super friendly and helpful. At the end they gave a card for Kerry the owner and said call his cell it’s the same one his wife calls him. I thought there is no way he would pick up but surely he did. Completely helped me out and I placed an order for an Orbea Alana M50 due to arrive mid December.

I totally forgot about it but sure enough I got an email from Kerry mid December letting me know that my bike would be ready the next week. I went down to the shop on December 23rd to pick up my bike amongst the craziness of Xmas. They were super busy but I managed to have 3 different guys helped me out and make sure that I was taken care of. All very friendly, super knowledgeable, and very professional. There was a small issue and Kerry got on the phone right away and solved it for me.

I can’t believe that between Xmas and all the bikes they had to deliver not to mention the lack of bike inventory because of COVID that I got my bike. This is great local shop family owned. Friendly staff and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend. It’s not their fault that COVID caused a huge shortage of bikes and parts all around the world. Give them a try.

These guys have a big shop with a lot of parts and bikes in stock. They are open at very convinent hours.

I have been taking my bikes for service here for many years. They normally get it done immediately, the same day and a few times the next one.

The prices are reasonable and I rarely walk out of there empty handed.

They have private customer parking by the side which is very appreciated in that area.
