Uniscource recently helped my parents get signed up with Medicare and the supplement’s they need. I can’t tell you how helpful they were. A friend recommended them because they had such a great experience. My experience was less than professional. I was connected with Alex about enrolling in Medicare. She was pleasant, took my information and said she would email everything so I had her information. She never sent an email, nor did she bother contacting me after I left a follow up voicemail. I enrolled through another agency who displayed courtesy and professionalism. My suggestion- find a more reliable agency.
