Alison at Francis Taylor Property Management was very helpful, personable, and professional. She helped me through the entire rental application and leasing process. I've dealt with other property management companies and didn't have nearly the positive experience that I've had with Francis Taylor thus far. The other associate in the office, Freddie, was also helpful and very pleasant. Kelvin, the plumber for Francis Taylor Properties, did an amazing job replacing our toilet. He is a highly competent plumber and had the toilet replaced within minutes. If you are considering a rental property through Francis Taylor, you will not be disappointed by their management. Highly recommended!

I personally work in Real Estate and hired Ed and his firm to manaage my 4 unit in Escondido. Ed is an awesome human being and very very trustworthy. The BIGGEST mistake I made the first time I spoke to him was I did not hire him. I ended up hiring someone else for a slightly smaller fee and the property manager stole $35,000 from me. I remembered Ed when I was back in the market for a new property manager and they have been absolutely the best. I cannot say enough good things about Francis Taylor Properties.

The leasing agent / property manager by the name of Alison has been the most professional and extremely helpful! Alison has done a lot of great things for our building complex and our little community! Alison has always responded so quickly to any maintenance requests and also has repaved our whole parking lot which has really improved the overall quality of life for myself and fellow tenants! This is my third year renting from Francis Taylor and I wouldn't want to rent from anyone else in Escondido! Earlier this year my bathroom flooded and Alison had plumbers on site immediately. She continued to check in with me after repairs were done to make sure I wasn't having any other issues. Francis Taylor even lent me their own personal shop vac, towels and floor fans to get rid of any extra moisture in the unit and saved me hundreds of dollars in equipment rental fees. The entire Francis Taylor team has always been kind, professional and extremely attentive to all of my needs, I appreciate them so much!!
