This is a beautiful park and quite close to two different highways. The park itself is gorgeous, filled with tropical flora and trees. The office staff is lovely and friendly, helpful and treats everyone like family. There are frequent social events such as weekend sangria and monthly waffles. A wonderful place to stay! We loved it here!

I can't say enough good things! Beautiful, well-kept grounds, clean facilities, great amenities - but most importantly, amazing staff. This is one of my favorite RV parks in the country and I will definitely be staying again when I'm in SD in a couple of weeks!

Love this place. I stay here a lot. I come down from WA and there is lots to do in Escondido plus I’m only 30 min from the bay. The sites are big, only thing there are no pull through sites. No biggie cause I disconnect my tow anyway to go places. The staff is pleasant, friendly and really care that you have a joyful stay. I really like this resort. Highly recommend

We were there for about 6 months and it was one of the most beautiful stages of us. My space, the bathrooms and the office were always clean. It’s lovely to go to the office for a coffee in the morning! I would definitely come back!

Great spot near the 15 fwy. Extremely well maintained property, super friendly staff, concrete pads for each site. Lower lot is for smaller rigs. Upper lot has large 50ft+ back in sites. Huge grassy park next door through the gate. Nice bathrooms and laundry as well. I've stayed here several times, it is consistently quiet and clean. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for almost a year, only moving out for a couple of days to reset my contract. I’m active duty military and was only stationed on the west coast for a short term.

I would highly recommend this place; first the staff are top notch, always easy to work with and get a hold of. They’re very professional and interested in ensuring you have the best stay possible. You will also see their staff around the park cleaning, maintaining and generally up keeping the place. Brings me to my next point, the facilities are always clean and I can say without a doubt, it’s cleanest park I’ve ever been to.

It’s also located right off the I-15, which is nice to get you to where you’re going quickly. There is also a gas station right across the street, which is nice for those quick snack runs.

I would highly recommend staying and if I ever head out this way again, I’ll definitely be stopping by!

Received a bag of goodies upon check in, what an awesome touch. Always a little hungry after a day of driving and nice to have a little something while setting up. On our 2nd day they had an all you can eat waffle bar for $5 as well as mimosas for $5, the waffles were huge and freshly made with all kinds of toppings available, one was enough to make my day. Staff is super nice and friendly, landscaping is well taken care of, and the park is tiered so if you can stay in the upper section some spots offer beautiful views with nice amenities. Some may considered the spots close together but the landscaping between RV’s give you privacy. Dog park is huge and allowed our 2 huskies to run and get their zoomies out. Pool and jacuzzi are clean with some games for adults or kids. If you need a place to stay in or near Escondido I highly recommend this park. Stayed here for a week and used the grandparents discount(another nice touch) We camped at Escondido RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This very nice RV Resort. The RV spaces are a little small but it’s worth it. The management treated all of the people there for Christmas dinner. They have many events margarita night with games for all including the kiddos, pancake breakfast and so much more. It’s easy to get to from IH15. If we are in that area again we will be staying there.

Staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Sites are tight but very nicely landscaped. Close to highway for convenience. The dog park area was one of the best I’ve seen in an RV park. It’s also adjacent to a park with trails. We will stay again when we visit the area.

The camp host, Chris, is so helpful. She and her husband put on a great Christmas dinner party. It was delicious and they did all the work. I always enjoy my stay here in Escondido.

26 Nov- another great stay with only one “issue”. People not following the posted speed limit. I saw little kids on bikes and some of views at the turns are a little blocked. Could end bad. Other than that place was great.

I have stayed here two times while visiting the San Diego area. Have to give this place a big 👍🏻. Clean bathroom and shower facilities. My two pups were even given a treat! Would definitely stay here again. I arrived late but the packet left for me let me know where my space was. Next morning completed the check in. ALL the staff I talked to were super nice. Only issue ( and actually funny and not an issue) was the bathroom entry code was not in the packet😆! Fortunately when I visited the facilities the maintenance guy was cleaning the pool area and gave me the code. All in all a great stay- I tow a teardrop so there was plenty of space for it and my car.

We had the privilege of staying in the park for almost two years. Our lot was like living in a beautiful garden. The neighbors were fantastic and the staff was always available to help. Holidays were always accompanied with some sort of celebration that was special. In our extended stay I never encountered a rude or unpleasant staff member. I would recommend it 100%.

Very Nice place to stay a few days. Clean, nice bathrooms, very nice front desk staff. Nice Spa.

This was our first time at the resort, hubby and I just bought an rv an decided to take it out for the first time. When we got there we checked in, which was so easy and fast. A local resident there, I guess he was a full timer an not only did he show us where our lot was but helped us pull in straight. I noticed all the lots were very clean and well kept. Our neighbors were so nice, friendly, and helpful. We loved it! We are looking forward to returning at the end of the month.

I stayed at Escondido RV resort for the better part of six months and have to say that Chris is the most competent manager that I’ve ever ran across. More than once she’s got me out of a bind actually two times moved away and came back and she always managed to squeeze me and on her staff is always right there with her. There are two young men in there that pick up right where she lives off.
I would highly recommend staying at this RV park, locations, beautiful landscaped, really nice dog park and well-maintained.

Great staff, great location . Narrow spots , but level . Propane available. Pool heated and facilities clean . Free coffee and cookies in morning

Spent 5 weeks here. The staff is excellent! All interactions felt very personal and helpful. Choose your site accordingly as they are sized differently. If you choose the lowest price, you will get the smallest lot. People I dealt with on a regular basis who were outstanding, Chris, Michael, Stacy, and Jose.
Jose actually brought my handicapped dog a pet stroller from home that we used all month and and she loved it! Thank you Jose.

We are travelling around California for 3 months with our 3 children. We loved the common room for wifi and schooling. There are lots of DVDs, books, puzzles and games to play. We especially loved the Bingo roller. Pool was always clean and poolside grill was great. Laundry room was clean, and clothes came out clean. Sites are a little tight, but with the common room and pool, we spent our days away from the trailer. Propane fill was a bonus. They fill canisters and deliver to your site.
