I cannot begin to express how amazing this place, and their property manager are.

One of the standout aspects of Anton was the exceptional staff. The team at Anton went above and beyond to ensure that we are living in a safe and well kept community. Lewie is empathetic, responsible, and extremely detailed in every communication and decision. I could not and have imagined a better property manager EVER. Not to mention the maintenance and cleaning staff are so amazing - always friendly, approachable, and goes above and beyond.

The apartment itself (appliances, floors, layout) nothing short of fantastic. Clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, every detail was thoughtfully curated to provide the utmost comfort and convenience.

The amenities offered at the apartment were also top-notch. Whether it was the well-equipped gym, relaxing pool area, or the convenient parking facilities, everything contributed to us absolutely loving our apartment. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the property.

The best 4 years!!!!

We have been living at Anton for the last 2.5 years and have really enjoyed the strong dog community and amenities offered. Our leasing office and management do their best to accommodate concerns and make fixes around the complex for residents. We have made so many good friends over the last few years and enjoy living here. There’s a lot of fun social community events as well as food trucks that come every Wednesday. Even though we have looked at other apartment complex, we can’t leave because we have such a good community and support here from the staff.

We have been living for a few years at the Anton Menlo apartment complex which provides outstanding facilities and feels like a get-away resort. I am glad to have Lewie Tran back as a new community manager because ultimately the people make a difference. If anything challenging comes up, Lewie owns the problems and solves them to tenants’ satisfaction. He is fantastic, prompt, provides clear communication and makes residents' experiences exceptional.

The leasing office staff are polite, friendly, welcoming, helpful, and responsive in a timely manner. Maintenance crew is friendly and makes sure the place is clean.

Lewie’s team has an open-door policy, open to suggestions, and strives to provide excellent service.

Really nice apartments and a great staff. I have truly enjoyed the 3 years I stayed at Anton Menlo and would definitely recommend this place.

Had a procedure done at Stanford medical center so we had to rent a place near the hospital. This place was close and convenient. The property was marvelous, everything from a pool, spa, coffee bar, gym, arcade, and pet spa. The apartment itself was immaculate and everything we hoped it would be

This is a great stay. Clean and modern styled apartments with minimal noise, a gym, dance studio, hot tub and common area. Up the highway between two major cities San Jose and San Francisco, as well as right nearby the scenic Palo Alto and Redwood City trees. There’s a few biking/ running trails and a park down the way that provides for a nice stroll around the block. I was a resident here for a year and a half and didn’t have any issues with management, maintenance or any misc. The team here is responsive and timely. The weekly food trucks and coffee machine were also a nice touch.

I've lived at Anton for the last three years and I have only good things to say about my experience.

Apartment Style:
Clean apartments with modern flooring and cabinets! The patio is a nice touch for getting that fresh air! There is ample storage space, the unit by itself is spacious, and pet friendly!

Amenities:
The onsite gym and pool are well maintained. Ease of access makes it even easier to workout! Not to mention the Arcade with all the fun games!

Pets:
This is one of the best places to live if you have a dog. There's a pet wash station on site and lots of space for you and your dog to walk around the community! Including a dog park.

Leasing team and maintenance:
Jorge, Suli and team are great communicators and will help you with your requests to the best of their capacity. The maintenance team is amazing as well - completing almost all maintenance requests the same day it was filed.

Overall, it's a great place with lots of fun amenities and options for you to host your extended family and/or friends! If you're searching for an apartment, I highly recommend Anton Menlo!

I’ve been a resident here for 2 years now and I have loved everyday. I moved here September 2020 during the pandemic. I was attracted to Anton Menlo over Elan due to its high level of cleanliness & amenities. Worth the extra money per month in my opinion. Management does a fabulous job of keeping everything clean! When you visit, ask for the manager Jorge or the assistant manager Lewie. Both of them are extremely professional and make the complex feel like a community. It was an awesome place to meet people & network especially if you have pets. The gym, yoga room, and cafe are open 24 hours. I use the Jacuzzi, A LOT, nice & hot. Plenty of free parking. Quite & SAFE as well. 15 drive to SFO. 30 min drive to S.F. or the beach. Facebook/Meta is down the street. The apartments are very spacious & modern with AC, not to many complexes like this on this side of the Bay Area. 5 star experience!

Lived here for a little over a year before relocating to the PNW to be closer to family, absolutely loved it!

I never had any issues with losing packages or feeling unsafe, all of the office staff are knowledgeable and have your best interests in mind. A car is basically required for living here keep that in mind, it's not really walking distance to anything but it's right off the highway so you can easily get anywhere.

Whenever I had a maintenance request I'd have it fixed by the next day, trash comes to your door every day, had no problems with noise and sleeping at night, I could go on and on about the positives here.

If you're looking at places in the area I'd highly recommend Anton Menlo!

We absolutely love calling Anton home! A special shout out to the staff at the leasing office. They are always prompt and super helpful. Specially Jorge, who always greets you with a smile and always offers help. Also the cleaning staff is top notch and they’re extremely polite and friendly!
The apartments are ultra modern, well-designed including all equipment that everyone needs. The community is dog friendly and has great amenities; a nice pool, hottub, gym.
I would highly highly recommend this place for living.

Enjoyed our stay here. Residents and staff very friendly. Loads of dogs and dog people to enjoy. The hot tub is a wonderful way to end your day. Start your day in the main lobby with a Latte, or capucino, expresso, coffee, etc. Plenty of parking available. Really nice walking park nearby. Bike anywhere safely from the complex. Facebook nearby.

We are now living in Anton Menlo for over two years, and for sure, it was the most exciting and the best place that we have ever lived. The neighborhood is safe, excellent, with outstanding facilities. The units are designed pretty well, including all equipment that everyone needs. The manager (Jorge), besides all Anton Menlo's staff, are all fantastic and caring people. For every even tiny repairing requirement, Jorge and his team are doing their best in the shortest amount of time to make you comfortable. I will always recommend this place, and for sure, thumbs up!

Great overall experience with the management especially. Jorge and team really are accommodating, do their best, and are great at their jobs. Facility is beautiful. The location is very convenient from a driving distance perspective (10-15 from downtown Redwood City, Palo Alto and right off the 101 to SF) although walkability has next to zero options. Fortunately there is a nice running/walking path and park walking distance.

It’s with a sad heart that we are moving out of this condo. We will miss the fabulous amenities and the warmth of the staff that manage it. We had a wonderful experience here. Jorge the manager here made our experience exceptional! We highly recommend this place.

Great new apartments. Spacious and well decorated. Amenities include pull, gym, bike store and recreation room. A bit far from any public transport. Good appliances. Daily cleaning of common areas with helpful staff.

The rooms here are amazingly nice. They have a great open lay out and all the amenities you could want here from a cafe to a pet spa to a bike shop. I visited my friend who is staying here and would definitely recommend people to stay. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for

The apartment is too good. Its nearby to the Facebook headquarters. The interior is beautiful. The only drawback is there are no small grocery stores or good restaurants nearby. If you need something, you have to go to San Mateo or Sunnyvale or Fremont which consumes your time and fuel.

New management for the place runs it quite well from what I have seen. Promises are being fulfilled rather than just made. Some small issues such as the fire alarms being overly sensitive, but overall I enjoyed my stay there over the course of a year.

Anton Menlo was one of the best places that I stayed in for a trip! We went to stay somewhere near San Mento and Menlo Park was the perfect city for us! I was there for a night with my girlfriend using Airbnb! We stayed in a beautiful and asethically pleasing house! The apartment complexes had free parking and had a large variety of amenities! They had a coffee cafe, swimming pools with bbq/bar patios, jacuzzi, two huge bar/game community rooms, gym, and yoga room! They also had a pet spa and bike shop for residents there! It was fascinating to see that they had cleaning services within the complexes and all the doors had modern locks. The complexes were always clean and easy to navigate! We definitely will come back if we are ever in the area!
