Kaiser Permanente Escondido Medical Offices

I've been using the Escondido Kaiser Pharmacy for over 20 years. The staff is professional, friendly, pleasant and helpful. Are they stressed at time? Heck yeah. I've seen people demand and treat them like serfs. Same people are surprised when the staff isn't smiling and friendly towards them. Sorry, you have to be pleasant to get pleasant. My experience has been wonderful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I watched the receptionist go out of her way to help a woman who didn't know how to schedule a covid test with her phone.

Always a pleasure. The pharmacists, technicians at the counter are always, always smiling, kind, lovely and helpful. It’s the best customer service and I know they deal with lots of grumpy and impatient people who are frustrated and in pain. Shout out to exceptional service!

I have many chronic health issues and take over 15 medications a day. I have been in the hospital several times over. 4 years. I love Kaiser very much . My sister is AIs also with Kaiser. I highly recommend Kaiser to everyone who has all health care issues.

Awesome Doctor, Pharmacy and checkin waittimes and blood work wait... I had Aetna and other HMOs for 30 years, and I'm shocked how much better Kaiser is - and more affordable.... and I'm a tough reviewer. PS - the electronic kiosks are also awesome - easy to use and cuts costs and wait times.

All the MA's in Pediatrics are amazing. Love the fact that the Pediatric Doctor's take their patients VERY seriously and do their absolute best to help us. Love Dr. Page, she's is just AMAZING!!!!

Lindsay lab tech was AmAzing, did not feel the needle at all, reception staff was friendly & efficient!

great medical staff. But getting around is mostly outdoors. Dress accordingly.
