El Norte Pkwy Plaza

Very clean and well organized plaza, it has a little bit of everything one needs, groceries, restaurants, clothing, gym, pharmacy, bank, electric vehicle recharge stations and much more.

Nice place to stock up on groceries, very nice employees.

Nice clean shopping center, Vons was on top of thing's. Making it easier to shop!

I went to get food at Wendy's. Traffic was not bad.

Patty is the most friendly and courteous checker I've ever experienced.

Staff is helpful, store always clean.

I love this little lake! Never seen one in a trailer park like this before. I rent a room in an apartment just behind the back fence and it's a cool view to look at, over the lake and a little bit of Escondido, then on to Palomar hospital. I'll add some pics in a couple days.

This is a GREAT shopping center. This Vons is one of the best in the area--they consistently have products I can't find at other Vons nearby. Store is VERY clean, well-stocked, and staff is always very professional AND friendly.
You won't find a better place to purchase eyeglasses than The Eyeglass Company. Russ is AMAZING. He's so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Even though he doesn't take insurance, his prices are completely competitive with stores that do. The quality of his stock is much higher than most of those stores too. Finally, HE is a wonderful resource of knowledge and support as you're purchasing AND post-purchase that you definitely don't find in most other eyeglass stores.
It's also great to have such a nice variety of food choices at El Norte Plaza. There's 5 different places to eat, not including what's available at Von's and 7/11 (which also has gas).
Finally El Norte Plaza is very easy to get in and out of, as well as being located for easy access to the 15.

Great little strip mall for a day of shopping. Makes for a small town feel, don't have to go far to get what I need for everyday living

Very good neighborhood Vons store that has all essentials to buy, and located strategically too be accessed by most fun the neighborhood. Exclusive Starbucks shop is very good and widely used by all. Good shopping experience.

Killer Pizza From Mars wouldn't be complete without the appropriately named "Space Dust IPA" by Elysian!

Great friendly helpful employees clean and well stocked. Prices are fair.

Went to Vons. Very nice, well stocked store. Very busy shopping center, parking lot easy to navigate.

This little plaza is so convenient! Ace Hardware didn't survive, but the other stores and restaurants stay busy! Coffee shop is an independent and takes roasting orders! They have a great on-line business. Vons always busy and Pizza from Mars always good!

8/22/20 there was a soft opening for a new boba tea/snack Cafe that opened where Rita's used to be. I havent found their Google or yelp page yet but they're delicious! Milk sub options on top of lots of flavors and waffle treats to choose from. Looking forward to being a regular there 😋

It is a very nice plaza. Has some tables outside for eating. Lots of different restaurants all around and also lots of parking! I've tried most of the foods in the plaza and they are yummy. Good customer service.

Had to get a birthday cake and cheesecake & Vons has a great bakery!

I come here for Vons and Killer Pizza From Mars. You can usually find parking, it's just that the parking lot isn't completely square. The parking lot itself is usually clean and well lit.

Always makes finding grocerry fast. Am in and out in less than 30 min
