St. Tropez Bistro & Beyond

Quaint bakery restuarant in Encinitas and always a tasty wonderful experience. Ordered the ABC Omelet comes with red potatoes, fruit with a choice of baguette or croissants. The size of the croissants/ chocolate was humongous and we enjoy the unlimited selection of gourmet coffee. There's a variety to choose from . We had hazelnut and vanilla coffee with cream. There's a mega outdoor dinning and the restroom is centrally located above the steps.
Family friendly and handicap accessible.

How QUAINT!!! Lovely atmosphere, delicious food, great value, and as the cherry on top, an extremely delightful hostess. We visited on a weekday, so Mia was running a one-woman show, and managed the bistro like a pro. As busy as she stayed, she was perky and personable with us, and left us with an experience worth returning for. I will definitely be back - and will call ahead of time to make sure I get to see Mia!!!

I came here to eat some brunch. It was very delicious and the sweet girl who helped us Jennifer was very kind and attentive. She recommended a delicious pastry. I would definitely recommend you come in and try their food and pastries! Very yummy especially if you have a sweet tooth like me!

Delicious and Relaxing. The omelettes were very tasty, and the Baked goods all looked like pieces of art. I had an omelette and a scone, and that was a nice taste for breakfast. The patio outside was a great place to eat on a Saturday morning - a very relaxing atmosphere. I will be back.

I discovered the St. Tropez Bistro over 10 years ago, on my first visit to Encinitas. I went there for the beautiful, delicious French pastries and have had nearly everything on the menu. Everything has always been fresh, well prepared and beautifully presented. I love their breakfasts the most, and I always have a pastry and buy a few to enjoy for later. I love this place and always eat at least one meal there when I am in the area.

The place has very delicious food. Good to enjoy on a lazy weekend afternoon with family or a quick bite before running errands. They have a delicious tuna melt! Nice selection of pastries, although I'm very picky with them, so I wouldn't say St. Tropez has amazing ones. Their pastries are just ok, lackluster and not always flaky or crispy. I usually go here for the food, which never disappoints.

Huge omelettes, wonderful coffees, the biggest cinnamon rolls I've seen since Frimple's. A really nice al fresco dining area that is quite busy, even if the weather isn't so good. Limited indoor seating, but that's not usually a problem.

We go here weekly and its always good! Pancake breakfast to French pastry, quiche to smoked salmon on toast, yum! Nice outdoor corner table facing the 101 and I am having a great Saturday morning ❤

We picked up food to take to a nearby park for a picnic. My chicken chipotle wrap was excellent, and my wife and son enjoyed the soup and salad that they shared. We all liked the creme brulee! They have a very large outdoor seating area, but parking for the shopping center is pretty difficult, given the number of business that share the same parking lot.

SAINT TROPEZ Bistro and Beyond is a fabulous restaurant. If you're looking for a peaceful morrning, afternoon or evening this is the spot. I have never encountered myself with such welcoming staff, Uli has an amazing personality and is very welcoming. I didn't get the other guys name, he has blond hair and is the barista, he will make the best drinks! This is my 4th time here, I've only had a couple meals of the menu and I wasn't disappointed at all. The food here is 10/10. The back of the house deserves as much credit as the front of the house, because they prepare the food with quality ingredients, always fresh. I'm not sure if the dishwasher is also a busser, but he does an incredible job in flipping tables. In other words, you'll have an amazing experience whenever you visit ST. Tropez.

Had a very nice experience here- during the Encinitas street fair weekend of all times (any local will know how hectic it gets during this event!). The service from the gentleman behind the counter was on point, the sandwich and salad were delicious and the patio was the perfect spot to enjoy some live music with a mimosa!

Amazing french inspired food, casual but sheik, and prices are reasonable. Quality of ingredients cant be beat and presentation is great. Authentic French beastro! Make sure you make room for deserts and pastries!!

My only note is that it is no longer St. Tropez, but not Versailles. New name, food is good. So happy.

We love this place. We come all the way from Murrieta to eat here for a special treat. I love the Eggs Benedict and my wife loves the savory crepes. Always a great destination.

Open on Christmas - bless their hearts! Serving beautiful meals, soups and pastries to customers who have just watched the sunset at the beach and need a warm bite to hit the spot.

When I am visiting from NM, I always end up having a coffee and one of their delicious breakfasts or pastries. Sitting on the patio with ocean nearby having some grub is awesome !

Good service. the portion size was awesome and their drinking water is delicious. The coffee was exceptional as well.
