Had a great experience with Bright Power Electric, all thanks to Ramon. He’s super professional and really knows his stuff. He showed up right on time, walked me through everything that was going on, and gave me solid advice on what to do (and what not to waste money on). I really appreciated his honesty – it’s clear he wasn’t just trying to make an extra buck. Plus, he totally went the extra mile to get my new panel and wiring set up perfectly. Can’t thank him enough – highly recommend!

I had a power outage and called Bright Power. Marcia answered and immediately moved into help mode. She had an electrician at my house in less than an hour. Miguel was great and knowledgeable. Turns out I had a bad 100 Amp breaker that burned out (actually partially melted). He replaced it but showed me that the panel was
recalled due to risk of fire.
I then went back to Marcia who walked me through the process to upgrade my panel. She was great! Hired them to do that too.

After encountering an issue with my condo's electricity and getting no immediate help from two referrals, I turned to Google in search of a highly-rated electrician who could assist me on the same day. Working from home, I couldn't afford any delays caused by electrical malfunctions. My bathroom outlet kept tripping at the outlet (not the breaker), and the surge protectors in my home office were also tripping frequently.

He even called to see if he could arrive earlier, which worked perfectly for my schedule. Guillermo was great! He came out and fixed everything the same day. Our dog actually ripped off an outlet by somehow catching his cone of shame in a corner. Guillermo fixed it and was able to find a way to hide the hole left so we didn't need a drywall guy. He replaced our fixtures in our kitchen lights. They were very old and had become loose. We were so happy with the work and felt the price was fair. This company was wonderful to work with!

We had a beeping smoke alarm and Bright power came out within and hour. Miguel was efficient and did the job quickly . After 3 days of beeping and trying to get someone to come out they were a life saver. We recommend them highly.
