Silver Tip Pharmacy

Open for business! Staff was very accommodating, i was trying to buy Vit. C and the staff help me locate it. This is a compact store and they have other stuffs as well other than meds and vitamins. It is open between 9:am to 6:00pm. Very convenient place, its in the middle to town. It is located at the very end of a small arcade.

This little pharmacy is at the top for me. If they don't have what you need, they will get it! I LOVE the people there and this pharmacy!

I had RXs transferred from MI, a mix up with my pharmacy delayed the transfer. I believe theowner, Josh and a woman cashier literally stayed after the store closed to insure that I had the RX that I needed. Highly recommend!!

Great service and pharmacy. Had eye issues while in Yellowstone on vacation so an eye drop was called in. Had ready and updated my insurance when I got there. Thank you very much for your assistance!

I happen to be in Line behind the guy that just left the bad review about his pills cost in five times as much. Let me tell you the real story. There was a line at least eight people deep. This gentleman came to West Yellowstone and didn’t have enough pills with him so he came to the local pharmacy so that our local pharmacy could supply him with the pills he needed. Our pharmacist kindly did so and the amount was $18. This gentleman promptly threw an absolute fit because he had to spend $20 for five pills. Let me tell you that doing business in West Yellowstone is a lot different than doing business in a place where you have resources and can receive shipments of things in a convenient timely manner. I own a business in West Yellowstone and I am going to tell you that it cost A lot more to have a thriving business here. We must supply employees with housing, get our supplies through FedEx and UPS and most of them are remote as well, we must deal with the influx of tourism in the summer By bringing in more employees which need more housing, all while still providing quality service And essential services to all of those visiting Yellowstone. Now $20 for five pills doesn’t seem like such a bad deal to me. I get my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy every month because I appreciate the effort it takes to supply a community like West Yellowstone with the pharmacy . A good quality pharmacy at that. The gentleman that left the poor review, next time you’re traveling bring enough pills and you won’t have to have such a negative opinion on the people that are trying to help you.

This pharmacy is a godsend. Deb and Jo worked half the day to help me get what I needed. Without them I wouldn’t have been able to get done what I needed to do and I am SO GRATEFUL! Highly recommend!! Thank you all so much!!

Amazing staff! We are in town for 2 weeks and our daughter had digestive issues - they got us the medicine needed next day since it was not something in stock and were very helpful! When in the area - go here! They will make sure you are taken care of! We were thankful since we have another whole week out here and we didn't want our toddler to suffer from her tummy issues the entire time. Thank you !

I am so thankful for this pharmacy. I was running low on my medication and was on the road. I was able to get a medication refilled here and was available for pick up the following afternoon. I appreciated their help immensely.

I forgot one of my prescriptions at home. My doctor called in an emergency refill and Silver Tip made sure I had my meds. They were wonderful.

Don't come expecting the merchandise selection of CVS. This is a very small pharmacy that is mainly here as a convenience for tourists who forget essentials or their medications. It does what it's meant for very well. The staff are excellent, very friendly, and accommodating.

We needed to rent a rolling Walker for the trails in Yellowstone. The daily price for that or a regular wheelchair was very reasonable but the price to buy one was even cheaper. So we did. Very good quality. The customer service was great with a smile.

This pharmacy went above and beyond to assist me in filling a prescription that my pharmacy in the Dallas Texas area could not fill with a weeks notice. My trip would have been ruined if I had not been able to find a pharmacy that could get this done. Walgreens and CVS in Montana and Texas were not able to get this done but Silvertip filled it the same day I called, even going the extra mile to transfer the prescription from Walgreens. I’m suddenly a big fan of the stand alone pharmacy over the chains.

We come from out of state every year. This pharmacy has always gone out of their way to help us when we have needed medicine. They are friendly and efficient. Thanks for being there!

Be patient. Small town store. Everyone is so nice and will take time to help all. They are swamped in summer when the people come to Yellowstone. Just take your time and remember they are humans, too. Thank you for always helping me.

Spoke with Josh and he was there kindest! He went out of his way to make sure I was able to get my medicine. Although they are swamped with travelers needing their medications he went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much!!!

Great people. I am handicap so they bring my prescriptions out to me because I can't get my mobility scooter inside

The staff were kind and eager to explain after listening from Phamacist. I was bit afraid that the review was not that good but it was pretty satisfied to go if you have any medical issue.

They didn’t have what we needed specifically but they called the local general store to see if they had it in stock so we didn’t have to walk over for nothing. The customer service was top notch.

Cool little pharmacy located at the West Park Mall in West Yellowstone. They have all your needs, the girl working there was real friendly.
