McDonald's

Food was good as usual but due to it's remote location they are missing items on the menu.

I was so glad to see this place. I had been driving for a few hours and I was hungry see this place was like a light in the storm. You always know that you can depend on mcdonald and that's okay for a quick bite or a complete meal.

One of the ONLY fast food or convenient places to eat outside of West Yellowstone, but a welcome site after spending all day in the park, if you want convenience.

Seems to be managed and run by a group of foreigners. I do not know what they speak, but it is a foreign language to each other.

At first, I thought they might be pacific islanders, but I don't think so. Having lived in Hawaii and having Tongan and Samoan friends, I love the pacific islanders.

As far as service, they expect you to order through the kiosks or app or drive-thru. If you go to the counter, they are slow now because everyone goes through the kiosk. It's a little disappointing.

Otherwise, before the kiosks existed, and when they finally wait on you, they are good and quick with their service. Food is usually fresh, since they are so busy.

Pretty much the only place open in town for breakfast and they don't open til 6:30am. I gave 3 stars for service because one of the employees came in the bathroom, peed and I think put in a feminine hygienic product and left without washing their hands. Ew.

It's McD's with a self ordering Kiosk and clean environment. The ladies beyond the counter were kind this morning when I needed more sugar and creamer for my coffee. Everything tasted as expected. Unsure why people are complaining about inflated prices. We are by a large tourist attraction = going to happen. But thank goodness the service was nice. :-)

Had a later than planned night at Yellowstone, so we stopped here for dinner. The restaurant was very clean. This includes the bathrooms. The Mens had recently been cleaned and was fully stocked. We ordered our food and we got all our sauces, including the Ketchup.

A few things to be aware of when visiting this location. The first is that the preferred method of ordering is via a kiosk. There are three of them to the right, as you walk into the building.

The second thing to be aware of is that yes, you can get your order to stay but you will not find any places to sit. You will be required to stand. You simply use the tables to hold your food. This wasn’t a big deal for us, as we had been sitting for a couple of hours and it was good for all of us to stretch.

Lastly, if you are in the restaurant, face masks are encouraged, but nobody will say anything if you don’t have a mask. If you are squeamish about this, I would suggest not staying and eating, as you are closer to others eating. I would suggest using the drive up to get your food.

This is probably one of the best McDonald's we ever ate at. The food was hot and fresh the 2 times we were here. The manager taking our order was very personable. The restaurant was very full and busy, but it was still very clean!!

This McDonald's has good service, but the moment you walk in its like covid never ended, more of a take out place and was looked at funny for wanting to eat in the lobby

Late night at the park and McDonald's was still open! Friendly service and hot food. Bonus points cause the eatting area and bathroom was clean

Clean place and good food. The drive thru is an adventure, never know what nationality will be taking your order. Sometimes the people speak great English and sometimes it’s just hilarious to sit back and enjoy the show. They finally get it right and it’s fun. The inside crew all speak great English,no issues there.

Small but great service! One of the best McDonald's we've ever been to. Not much room in dining area so get your food to go and enjoy it in the beautiful outdoors, car, or hotel.

Quick service and food was hot and good, staff was friendly and courteous! The outside was really cool looking! Inside was really clean and tidy!

This place is rocking it! As the rush came in, all orders were coming out hot and fresh! This location is clean on the inside and out. It's small for the tourist season but they're organized and friendly.

We don’t usually eat fast food but after a long day of snacking in Yellowstone NP, we went for it! Location just outside of YNP west entrance. Fast, friendly service.Can’t believe a fish sandwich is $6.00!! But it was hot and fresh, they also have frozen coke which my wife loved!

They don't honor free receipts for a 2 for 1 deal and they git my order wrong! But it was cooked fresh and tasted great!

Weird that a McDonalds can seem nice, but this is by far the nicest McDonalds I've been in.

We stopped by this location frequently for breakfast while we stayed in the area. We stopped by to get one more cup of coffee before entering the National Park. Each time we went, the staff were friendly and prompt with service. Our orders were correct each time. We ate inside once, it was crowded (dinner time), but that didn't bother us.
