Best of Yellowstone

I’ve visited this shop numerous times and have never had a bad experience. The owner was very nice. The staff was attentive and prompt. Many of the hoodies, shirts, and sweats I’ve bought here in 2011 still have lasted into 2021. They also offer a lot of unique designs including the jersey v-neck shirts which are my favorite. Every time I visit Yellowstone by way of Montana, I always find myself stopping in here to see what they have and buying something. My only con is some of the staff members can be overwhelmed and a little grumpy as a result. Customer service is key. With that said, I’ve never had a bad experience here.

The gentleman that helped us was very nice. He made sure my son got the right size and style of jacket he wanted. Compared to the other shops we visited, they treated us the best. At first I thought the cashier might not be pleasant. Upon interacting with him I was pleasantly surprised. He was also professional and kind. The shirts I purchased were of good quality compared to other shops. I actually went back the next day to get a few more. I will definitely shop here again when we come back next year.

I'm not sure why others are saying this is a horrible shop, but when my mom and I went in, there were 2 female employees and they were so awesome! We're from Texas, and I'm sure you've heard the term: southern hospitality?... well, these 2 ladies went beyond! They were so helpful and friendly and just fun! They had some fantastic music playing and were singing along, which made me smile and join in! 🤣 they were extremely helpful and did their best to accommodate us, even going so far as checking upstairs to see if they had a certain color/pattern of a shirt I wanted to get my daughter. Wasn't able to, but she brought several options down and I picked one that was even better than the one I wanted! I wish I would have gotten names so I could personally praise them, but I know one called the other "Sis". I highly recommend this store! Not only cool shirt options, but also some wonderful cups, bottles, knickknacks, magnets, etc! Ladies, if yall ever see this, I'm sending yall a big ole Texas THANK YOU! 😊 ♥

I gotta put a good review in. This store is like the other dozen stores on the strip, but we actually found some really good stuff! We probably spent more here than any other shop. They have some really good stuff for good prices!

excellent prices and products. not sure why everyone said the service was bad. i didn’t have an issue and they went out of their way to help me. the apparel was super cute

Lots of options and a LOT of items on sale. There were a lot of colors and designs for shirts and jackets, and very friendly staff. It’s definitely all touristy, but I’m sure that’s what most everyone is looking for around here!

Cool store but the quality is not good on the shirts and hoodies.

Kinda funny, I had such a bad experience here and felt compelled to share it. When I went to look at the reviews, it struck me that I should have checked here first before my purchase. From the first moment of walking in, store was 95°. Everything was displayed in confusing ways. Finally found something I wanted to buy. Cashier was very dismissive and unfriendly. I understand working in a literal sweatshop can be rough but a touch of customer service goes a long way. Got charged a surprise credit fee. Then I found the same thing for much cheaper next door. Wanted to return my purchase and she said “the machine was too old to do returns”. I’m not sure what kind of excuse that is. Overall terrible excuse for a shop when there is so much competition around town.
