Excellent drip coffee. Cream cheese danish is a must-try. Their "build-your-own" sandwich is wonderful, thickly sliced cheese, and cold cut with plenty of vegetables of your choosing. We loved the sandwiches because they were very "balanced" as we call them (balance of protein, vegetables, bread). We came back the second time for breakfast. Highly recommended!

Wonderful food and service! The owners and staff here are so kind and gave excellent recommendations. I got the french toast with strawberries and a box lunch to go. Will be coming back here again soon!

Ernies was awesome and just what we needed and more! Traveling through Yellowstone for our last day and had just ridden 11.5 hours on motorcycle the previous day so we were quite hungry and Ernies provided!! We arrived too late for breakfast sadly but it was amazing regardless. Atmosphere was cozy and friendly, service was excellent and food was amazing. We got the Mushroom Swiss which was MASSIVE but delicious and the Black Bear Sandwich which the bf says was amazing! Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area.

Very clean and friendly and efficient. Nice bathrooms. We made sandwiches for the park and if you aren’t a big eater one sandwich can make lunch and dinner. They have chips, drinks and wonderful sweets. Special treat.

We tried to go to Subway but they ran out of bread at 11:30 and couldn't make anything. . . I had read Ernies reviews and decided to give it a try. Hands down the winner! The box lunch is a steal at $14.95. I'm a local who has quite a few summer guests. We'll be back often! And yes, support our small mom and pop business!

Excellent sandwich shop with a perfect menu, and croissants to die for. Great service to prepare lunch bags that you can order in advance and pick up the next morning before you head into Yellowstone. Nice and helpful people. Delish lunchbag.

What an awesome place all around! Right outside Yellowstone NP so we stopped in for some breakfast, coffee and sack lunches. Parking is limited so we parked our camper van behind the building along the road with no issues. Got there right at 7am and there was a line almost immediately (worth the wait i promise!!). Tried the breakfast biscuits, they were average. Coffee also average. The real killer were the sack lunches!! $15 for each, comes with a generous sized sub sandwich with bread, meat, cheese and toppings of your choosing; and some bonus treats like chips, candy, an apple and a bottled drink! These were the BEST for a meal inside the park! Fresh bread, yummy meat and cheese. Went both days we were in yellowstone and would go back every morning if we come to the park again! Staff was also wonderful! Young woman and man behind the counter very attentive and quick considering the line that built up fast. We love Ernie’s!!

Nice good food... We took a (To-Go) sandwich and fried chicken w/ biscuit & gravy and ate it almost 4 hours later, and it was still tasty and fresh. Recommend coming here for breakfast or lunch if you are in the area!

When you walk in it has a cozy cabin vibe. The staff were super helpful and the menu was huge! Then the food was yummy!

Awesome to find a great, quick American or French breakfast so early on a Sunday! Very friendly, French-family owned. Nice vibe, cozy atmosphere, right at the West Yellowstone entrance. Nice vanilla latte and biscuits and gravy for breakfast for me, but lots of great pastries and other full breakfast options available. Definitely check them out before all the attractions!

Food excellent - we went 2 times for lunches to go. 6 of us, and the wait was not long at all. While we waited, we enjoyed the atmosphere of the deli.

Best omelette I’ve had ! Honestly the veggies were so fresh and the eggs cooked perfectly! The hash browns had a crisp to them and were seasoned so well! Highly recommended!

Ate here for three days straight. Had their baked goods, cookies and sandwiches. Everything here is great, fresh and the service is friendly. Another great family run establishment here in West Yellowstone. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great bite to eat at a great price. We picked up sandwiches every morning for our lunch in the parks. Wishing the Ernie’s family all the best and continued success.

We stopped at Ernie's for breakfast before spending the day in Glacier National Park. We had sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches on English muffins. They were so fresh, hot, and really large portions. Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended.

We ordered five boxed lunches and each of us (different tastes, all) were happy with our order. The classic Italians were a particular highlight, but even the simple make-your-own with turkey, cheese, and pesto was well-crafted and tasty. Would definitely go again on my way into the park.

Wonderful breakfast!. While eating several entered and ordered sandwiches to go and staff were very polite and accommodating.

Dropped by this little highly rated eatery to pack some lunch to-go on the way to the park. We grabbed a wrap with roast beef, pepper jack cheese, tomato+onion+lettuce, with mayo+mustard. When we opened it for a quick break in the carpark, oh my lord! It was heavenly… Perfect combination, well cooked beef and crunchy garnishes, I must say it was one of best wrap I ever had and just wished we had got another one at least…
