I can take care of everything (Mailbox, shipping, postal, printing, fax, notary, shredding, etc) in the same place with a real street address. I love the UPS Store!

I'm always taken care of quickly and with a friendly attitude.
Lauren in Store 5683 has helped me many times and she's awesome! She does her job very well. I love the UPS store!

I was there for a Convention and needed some things sent to Chicago. Your staff member Siena was awesome! She was knowledgeable and very helpful. I received my package that was packed carefully and arrived on time. You should be proud to have Siena within your Company.

Siena was wonderful from the moment I walked into the door. She was busy, but communicated that she'd help me as soon as she was finished. Siena helped me figure out what I needed to box and ship my item, explaining the details along the way. Wonderful and speedy customer service. Thanks, Siena! :)

Every time I come here (which is often) I have a very pleasant experience. Employees are always efficient. Shot out to Siena! She helped last time and she was awesome! Quick, kind and great service.

Stopped by a couple days ago at the UPS location on 200 S and Main St. Siena helped me out. Was shipping some coffee beans to a buddy of mine. I think it may have been the fastest visit I’ve had at that store. Siena was super helpful, gave good advice on which packaging I needed, and had me out of there real quick.

I will start my review in complete honesty in the fact that I had never had to ship something, and I was admittedly confused when I had first stepped in the store. Thankfully Lauren was there to help me and it made the process so much easier and less stressful. They truly have amazing customer service!

I like this place because it is walking distance. People are really nice and easy. Last time I went, I had a lot of packages/requests and Sienna was really nice and helpful. Makes me dreading less to have to ship anything. My go to UPS store from now on!

Nemanja helped me send something across the country and provided the best UPS service I have had, offering more of a range of shipping options and prices than I had been offered before, taking time to explain things, and doing everything easily and accurately. This UPS store is an hour away from me -- I was downton for another appointment -- but I learned things I can use in other stores, and it would be worth returning to this store to send something important or if I had several things to ship. Love these guys…they always have our packages ready for us, mostly before I have had a chance to close my mailbox to retrieve the package slips! Siena is awesome!
