Very difficult to get access but considering their location....

Tried to go here to pick up tickets. Unable to access stairs or elevator to garden level. VIP door had no answer. Phone was disconnected so I couldn't call. No email address to contact. Terrible service. Ended up wasting all the money and just buying tickets elsewhere.

Been trying to call in for questions no ringing what’ so ever just straight to voicemail for the past 2 hours tried 28 times left messages on extensions nothing!!! if you don’t have an exact extension you can’t talk to anyone I guess then your website posts wrong hours and doesn’t mention hours for Saturday or Sunday like what the duck !
