They had just the right size of dresser we needed for my daughter's room. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also able to deliver the dresser that week.

Liz helped us about a month ago and was very patient as we tried to find the perfect couch. She wasn’t pushy and answered all my questions. Went back today to finally purchase the couch and she was just as great!

Been all over town looking for counter height stool with backs for a reasonable price. On a whim and because we were close, we stopped into Furniture Row. Everywhere else had nice chair for megabucks, or cheap chairs for cheap prices, or were way way overpriced.

We found what we wanted for a reasonable price and Ethan answered our questions. He told us honestly what they could and could not do. We bought the items. Totally worth the asking process and the experience. I returned to pick up the last item and he was not there but his coworkers efficiently and politely helped me.

Liz is incredible. We were looking for a chair for the nursery. We went in, explained what we were looking for and she showed us exactly what they had that matched our request. She didn’t try selling us on anything different and gave us the info we needed for what we were looking for. We will absolutely be returning for furniture in the future.

Sales representative (Liz) provided great service. Floor piece arrived that am and hadn’t been placed on space yet. She unwrapped and answered all questions.

We went to furniture row to get some ideas on what type of mattress we wanted. Justin greeted us and answered all of our questions and then some. We had a very pleasant experience and walked away with a brand new mattress , sheets, pillows and a base for our bed. We would highly recommend Furniture Row and working with Justin . We will definitely be going back and doing business with them in the future.

We visited several times and then purchased some new items for our home and we loved the service and how well we were treated!

We stopped by the St. George showroom today ready to pick up a competitively advertised living room set we had unofficially claimed via messaging, only to find a case of mistaken identity and that it was sold to another party. We tried not to show our disappointment, but it evidentally showed through. The staff was immediately and exceptionally accommodating and went so far beyond what was necessary to rectify the circumstance, I'm *seriously* impressed and cannot recommend them enough.

The integrity we experienced was remarkable. The administration at this store is a rare find.

I will not hesitate to return or refer friends.
