Wilkinson's House of Lighting & Decor

Adding a new lighting fixture made all the difference in our recent library update. So glad we went for it. The staff at Wilkinson's was knowledgable, helpful, and prompt. Great people and great selection of beautiful lights.

My mom’s bedroom light was really two different structures, a heavy glass lampshade and a globe pendant, both being over 50 years old. They were put together to make a ceiling light. The hole in the lampshade’s crossbar was not threaded or big enough for what I now know was the pendant’s 1/4 IP threaded nipple. Plus the lampshade's crossbar was cracked in two places. The lampshade and pendant were put together using the pendant’s thick electrical cord which passed loosely through the hole in the crossbar, and the lampshade haphazardly rested on the pendant’s globe.

Wilkinsons’ staff, Ashlie, Cole and Ian were so nice and patient. They helped educate me and were so very helpful. Ian even took the time to recommend an artisan that could perform the needed crossbar repairs. Cole helped gather parts and Ashlie introduced me to both Cole and Ian. Together with Roger, the artisan, they made the adventure of fixing an old light fun and successful!

With advice, parts and help from Wilkinsons and Metal Art, the crossbar has support, the globe is securely fastened to the lampshade and the wire holding the whole light cannot come out of the ceiling’s electrical box. In other words, the light is repaired, a lot more secure and is as beautiful as ever!

We went to Wilkinson's today & were so impressed with the selection of classy lighting! We found a ceiling fan that is beautiful & it comes in several finishes & sizes. They gave us a wrtten bid & it is very economical compared to other lighting stores. We are ordering it tomorrow & I know it will cool off & class up our family room!! Athella was a terrific help & she really did find us exactly what we were looking for!! We will definitely return!!

After shopping lights in quite a few places, this was the best. They are having a summer fan sale, and so the prices were very competitive. The staff was exceptionally informed, and so helpful. We bought everything we were looking for here, because the shopping experience was a relief compared to everything else. They have a terrific, well stocked showroom, as well as some other fun decorative items. They also ordered some extra pieces to match the things we bought from the showroom. Great store.

Everyone there is easy to work with, they had good prices and found all the right pieces for my new home under my budget.

We just finished our dream home and used Trevor and his team for all of our lighting needs. They were incredible from start to finish. They made sure we were absolutely and completely satisfied with their products and installation. I can't say enough good about Trevor and his team! Worked with Wilkinson's when we built a custom home. They helped us with all the fans and lighting in every room plus outdoor lights. We had a budget and they assisted us so we remained in budget. We felt with their expertise that we got wonderful products for what we paid. Lighting is something people don't always think about but it can make a huge impact.

Great Lighting showroom of exterior and interior fixtures. Sconces to chandeliers on display. Added surprise is their gift items. Garden benches, games, holiday decor, home decor including a few furniture pieces and clocks.

I like this store a lot. It has a great selection and they are very willing to help you out! I love that they are a great local business as well. If they don’t have it, they have an extensive custom order program.

I needed a part for an old fan light that went bad. They were so helpful and gave me some parts out of an old fixture and wouldn't let me pay for them. That is awesome customer service.
