Dumb mail man put my package in the wrong box. I'm not sure why usps hires incompetent workers who can't tell their right hand from their left. I filed a complaint and an investigation. Usps is trash and always will be I was told it will take up to 2 days for them to even go looking for it and if the person who got my package keeps it I was told it's my fault and and I will half to go threw this and that just to get my $ back from the seller. This place is a joke and always will be. You think being under the federal government would make them not slack or act dumb but yet here we are. I will be telling the mailman something next time I see him. This is ridiculous

My mail is never delivered or it is showed as delivered. Today I have called two hours straight no one will answer my package say delivery attempt made there was no attempt been here all day

Very rude lady working the front desk 😒. Didn't have good customer service at all. Had an Attitude the whole time while waiting me just because I stood in the wrong line. I absolutely ❤ love UPS STORE they are so helpful and awesome customer service never rude. Maybe she hates her job.

I called about a package that had a wrong address and wish to pick it up. They asked me "Oh I think it got shipped back out already." Package just showed up on tracking and seems like they don't wanna help me or do anything about. So checked my tracking the next day, my things are being shipped back today, I mean WTH!!! Could at lease check!!! Never going to send stuff to Gallup anymore, very frustrated!!!!

Lazy and incompetent employees and rude unhelpful management is a recipe for the failure that is our United States Postal Service in Gallup, NM. Packages constantly go missing entering Gallup and frequently don't get delivered on time because of a drivers pure laziness pushing packages off on the next days driver. USPS is an absolute joke

This place disgusts the eff outta me. They need better customer service 😤

Annex? I'm a retired postal employee..so disappointing to see it barricaded up. Someone needs to update this site - no window service at this facility.
