This is an honest review of my experience. I purchased six treatments on Groupon and was very excited to do them. They were apparently not quite moved into the location and there was a lot of construction debris, and no actual waiting area. I would receive text messages from the scheduler and never actually spoke to anyone before the appointment. I ended up having several issues. One was just a miscommunication on the date. Once we got that resolved I went over to the location and nobody was there. I texted the number, and the responder told me that the technician would be there soon. I waited a bit and she showed up and let me in. As I mentioned the place was under construction and was a mess, although I must say the room that I went into was clean. The treatment was very short and I had zero results or effects from it (I was told what side effects would occur and none occurred, no redness, no swelling, nothing). The esthetician told me that they basically just test your skin out the first time and then when you come back you'll get the full treatment. I complained about it a couple days later once I realized that absolutely nothing was going to happen to my skin. They didn't respond, and after a few attempts at communication, I posted a review on Groupon. The nurse practitioner replied, however her response was not true. They told me they did not want me to come back even though I offered to remove the Groupon review if they would make things right (I still have the text). She posted in her reply that she was making it good, however they will not let me come back based on my honest review. She also stated that the esthetician was just inside when I went and that's why she didn't answer the door and that is a blatant untruth. I watched her come in and unlock the door telling me she just came from Las Vegas, without even apologizing. I felt like she was very rushed and did not want to spend the time with me, probably because it was a Groupon, however that is just speculation. I just want to say that I have never posted a bad review before and I am doubly frustrated by the fact that they denied everything and made it seem like I was exaggerating, in fact they posted those exact words. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with this company because if they can't be honest about something as simple as this, how can they be trusted with your skin and your appearance? I would highly recommend against using this company.
