O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I recently came in for dinner and the wait staff was wonderful! Our host was a younger man with black hair and he was very kind as we walked in. Our server was very attentive as well and the food was great! Will definitely be coming back.

Overall... best damn chicken tenders in town without a doubt. You cannot prove me wrong on that. Service was phenomenal, the host (I believe his name was Noah) was the most respectful young gentlemen I've ever met. If you're in the area, this is definitely a place to hit up!

The food and service was amazing! The kitchen manager (I didn't catch his name) made sure everything was amazing! Would definitely come back again!

The BEST Tilapia I have ever had!!😍 Clean restaurant and friendly staff. We would definitely go here again. Mom had the Baby Back Ribs and loved them.

We enjoy coming to this restaurant because Amber ALWAYS takes such good care of us. My sister has disabilities and especially with her speech. Amber is always patient with her and remembers what she’s ordered in the past. WE LOVE HER! She definitely makes our dining experience more enjoyable, and deserves a BIG BONUS!!!

Colin is awesome! Very attentive and very friendly. He has a beautiful smile. Please give that man a raise!!!!!!

Amber is the best server ! I come in with my mom who’s disabled and she always knows what she needs! It’s always a beautiful experience with her and hope to always have her when I come in! Thank you amber for making life easier on me and my family!

Monday, chicken tenders and fries and drink are a great deal and wonderful service!

I have not had a poor experience yet. Servers have always been nice and accommodating. They bring refills before you're done with the first, etc. Food has always been delicious and cooked to order.

My wife and I have greatly enjoyed our experience here. Our waitress, Michelle, enhanced our experience --we will definitely be returning.

Our waitress was had great customer service, very pretty, and nice to talk to.

Fried Green Tomatoes were good and the Cajun Pasta was awesome. Service was fast!

Maddie was so attentive and incredible! Food was delivered hot and fresh and she made my dining experience amazing!

I found a hair in my steak, but other then that the service was good. Since my steak had hair on it they cooked me a fresh one plus gave me half off my meal!!!

On March 18th, I had an 80th birthday party for my husband. 20 different dinners were served perfectly cooked and in a timely manner. Our servers were very competent and polite. The party was perfect. Thank you to the management and staff at O’Charleys.

Went in tonight and they were on a half hour wait because they were short staffed in the kitchen. The hostess was very diligent in explaining the situation so we didn't mind the wait. Our server Jessica A was great. Prompt, friendly and funny even with what must've been a stressful night unfolding around her. Our food was timely and hot and fresh. The staff did a great job pacing and adjusting to their staffing issues.

Went to eat at around 2pm on Friday, Not busy. The hostess couldn't get it together. Finally got seated, and our server was horrible, a couple actually left because they waited 10 minutes for the server. Then she complained about that across the dining area and to us at our table. I ordered well done steak with grilled onions. Came out no onions, and kinda raw. She brought onions out, then she took steak back to have it put back on grill ( yuck). She then put the cold onions on top of the steak. Husband had to wait on my food or eat alone. Nothing was said, no apologies or anything. We spent over $50 and had a horrible date.

Did a curbside order can't say much about atmosphere inside. Haven't been inside for a long time. The last time I was inside it was very clean,staff was dressed appropriately very friendly. Our curbside waitress was very nice and helpful getting our order right. Thank you again young lady.

Great food and Always a great time! A perfect place to get together with friends and family. The restaurant is always clean, the environment and vibe is perfect! I would definitely recommend! Also, the GM Nathan McCarty spent time with us making his table rounds and genuinely cared about our entire experience!
