Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Jasmine and Justin went above and beyond to help me find all the paint and proper staying. I needed also recommending a respirator. They also put the respirator together for me. Above and beyond customer satisfaction there’s no other place to buy paint or anything paint related but Sherman Williams!

My husband and I visited the Cold Spring Sherwin-Williams store on November 4 and we met the most fabulous employee, Nicholas, aka Shaggy. He was the most polite, friendly and helpful young man you could wish for. Nicholas assisted us and had great, helpful advice and suggestions. He wanted us to be satisfied Sherwin-Williams customers, which we are. We purchase quite a lot of paint and other supplies and met Jasmine at the Southgate store last year. We were saddened to hear she left that location and we then visited the Cold Spring store. The previous Cold Spring manager was never very helpful or friendly, so we’re super delighted to find out that Jasmine is the new Cold Spring manager along with Nicholas, as stellar employee! Knowledgeable, friendly, and great products. I have to admit that we initially went to the big orange store nearby....but with only one person working in the paint dept. (and not appearing to have real expertise) and several customers waiting for help, we went across the street.
Although the price point might be a few dollars more per gallon for comparable products, the difference is well worth it considering the customer service.

One of the local big box stores started stocking SW paints. I went there to find the same paint I had used to paint my house 10 years ago. They do not carry that brand anymore. So I decided to go to straight to the source of SW paints. Very helpful when they matched my old house paint and suggested I wait a week for a sale to begin which I did. The premium most expensive house paint I went with sprays on easily with an airless sprayer or brushes on like soft butter when doing trim work.

They did a perfect color match to my sample. Great service. Friendly and knowledgable associate.
