Very nice spot for dinner. Great selection on the menu. Food is delicious. The hostess is little slow always a long line to check in. Service a little slow, took forever for the waiter to come take out order.

Finally got to try Third Wave Cafe after all the great word of mouth I’ve heard!! Thank you to the great chefs here for the best pimento cheese sandwich I’ve ever had. The pizza tasted amazing too, the mozzarella on top was a great touch. They offer a wide selection of great drinks here as well. The vibes are great here, we had a very nice server. This is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Volusia county, which says a lot because there are a ton of gems in this county. I look forward to returning here one day! Lots of bees here too, but don’t worry they’re friendly and don’t bite.

A truly amazing experience. I couldn’t recommend this place more. We ordered the frittata, crepe, pancakes and the southern hash. They were all delicious. The service was excellent. Our waiter Jass was super patient and helpful. We sat outside in their gorgeous garden area and the weather was perfect. This will definitely become my go to restaurant in new smyrna. I really want to try their pizzas.

Friends were telling me about this place and it's an excellent place. Definitely enjoyed my meal. Was a little disappointed since I'm only here for a week and their specialty wasn't prepared for that week but all good. I ended up having the pork chop waitress is super friendly and helpful

Excellent service, food and vibe. The coffee is best I have had in Florida made perfect. The menu is small however everything is tempting. They take their time preparing your cocktail.
We really enjoyed the place while on vacation. Note no reservations and it's really not a bad thing you just have to plan ahead.
They have a rooster that hangs out Tom Ford is his name he is a cool addition to the atmosphere.

We found Third Wave Cafe & Wine Bar on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins and Dives show and we are impressed! The food, the service and the atmosphere is excellent. We started with the Bagna Cauda which is a delicious French baguette served with warm olive oil garlic Confit, aged balsamic vinegar, fresh herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano, fire roasted veggies and anchovies. For our meals, we shared the Creste de Gallo which was a delicious fresh made pasta, broken scallops, Florida rock shrimp, semolina pasta, mushrooms, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, capers, tossed in scampi butter & pecorino. We also shared a Burrantina pizza, hand-crafted Burrata, house mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, Peruvian pepper relish, baby arugula, charred artichoke, basil pesto, tomato, tomato sauce, balsamic glaze EVOO. The food was delicious and we took leftovers home for lunch! Definitely recommend this place if you're in New Smyrna Beach!

First time here. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. It was a cool night so they had a fire going. Beautiful! I had the farm girl pizza with Spanish Serrano ham arugula and a fried egg on top. It was way yummy. Their teas are amazing! So fresh and natural with agave sweetener if needed. I highly recommend.

Been here a number of times but never left a review. It is FANTASTIC. From the ambiance to the bar staff to the menu selections, just wow.
We had the Honey Baby neopolitan style pizza and the new Mediterranean feta bake. Those 2 items were more than enough for us to be full from AND take some leftovers.
People rave about The Garlic but this place blows them out of the water!
I'm going to stay a regular here.

One of our absolute favorite places to go to eat in the new Smyrna area. The food and services is always wonderful. We enjoy sitting outside. The outside seating is dog friendly. Parking can be an issue. There is no dedicated parking for the restaurant.

Stopped in for brunch with a friend and the food and service was excellent! It is outdoor seating so be prepared to be warm in the heat of the summer. We enjoyed the decor and easy-going staff. The red snapper was the fresh catch and it was delicious. The grilled shrimp were plump and tasty for $7 they gave 5 of them and everything was filling. Looking forward to coming back. Definitely trying more on the menu.

We used to live in NSB and frequented third wave when it first opened. We revisited this wonderful little cafe for breakfast this morning after having been gone for a few years and it's still amazing. Beautiful environment, delicious food and sweet people. Thank you for the great experience!!

Bartenders are great especially Ayrton and Cameron. Had fun even in the rain. Drinks are great food was too and fast. Had the chicken salad on a croissant.

Definitely one of, if not the best restaurant in New Smyrna! Not only is the outdoor courtyard area beautiful, but the quality of food is elite! If you’re going for your first time, I absolutely recommend trying one of their pizzas!

Stumbled upon this restaurant after walking on the beach. Absolutely beautiful experience. Fun, tropical Key West vibe with beautiful shell light fixtures, tropical plants. Enjoyed the patio, the friendly server who had great advice on the menu, and the food and cocktails were top notch. I enjoyed my sangria and our pizza with Burrata. The crust had a great texture and chew. We also had the southwest hash with a delicious sauce on top. Can’t wait to come back and try more things.

Very relaxing, beautiful atmosphere in the back. We went to the restaurant, not the cafe inside. Had two appetizers and drinks. Impressed by the quality and presentation of food. The taste was even better. Smoked snapper dip and hummus plate were sufficient for the five of us, but I would love to come back for entrees. Heads up that the food is pricey, but the value is worth it for what we ate.

Absolutely unbelievable! We got to town at 4-ish on a Friday in early April. Went to the restaurant around 7-pm looking for a table. We were told it would be about an hour and a half wait BUT the cafe, up the steps, was first come first serve and offers the full menu and bar, so we did that.
We got the Spinach & Artichoke dip and the pastrami beef rib board… the pastrami was probably the best meat I’ve ever had in my mouth. My husband was initially offended but eventually agreed, lol. It’s not often on the menu, but if you’re ever here and it is on the menu, GET IT!!!

I've been here twice this week and I kept forgetting to take pictures! The food was amazing. The first meal I had was the smoked brisket/pastrami hash...wow... just...wow! Everything you could want in a hash and the eggs were perfectly cooked.

The second time it was more lunchtime than brunch time for me personally so I had the cranberry - citrus chicken salad. It was made just how I like it....no celery and served on a beautiful croissant! I paired it with the tomato bisque, which was good.

I loved the outside seating in the garden... intimate and you never felt crowded or rushed. Service was excellent on both occasions.

I look forward to my next opportunity to try something else on their very creative menu.

My hambúrguer was fresh and tasted home made, one of the best hamburgers I had in the USA! My husband had pizza, he is pretty picky, but he loved it as well! Will come back for sure! PS: Morgan, the waitress was super sweet and efficient!

I have been following Chef David on IG and his pictures finally became a reality when I went for dinner with a friend. The short ribs on hummus were amazing as well as the baked feta. This two are listed as appetizers but are hearty enough to be a meal! Ended with the White Russian creme brûlée for the win.

This place is always amazing. I always try a different dish every time I go. (Almost always) I eat here at least once a month. Very good atmosphere and have never had a bad waitress. A must eat if you’ve never been here.
