Racing's North Turn

20 minute wait to be seated gave us time to wander around the museum potion of this fun restaurant. We enjoyed the pics of Daytona Beach stock car racing and the drivers as well as the small gift shop. Dinner was delicious - the hush puppies were to die for! Save room for the Key Lime Pie dessert! The musical duo was talented and entertaining without being too loud. The overhead fans kept the bugs away - it was a lovely evening.

We had dinner here the day after Christmas around 7pm. Easy to find, parking lot directly across. Our wait was 15 minutes, but entertained with all the racing memorabilia and gift shop. We weren’t able to sit by the water due to rain. We still had a decent table next to the live music. Our server was friendly and professional. Be sure to come here hungry as the food portions are very generous.

We were there on a holiday week around 4pm. No problem getting a great table with gorgeous views of the water. The service was surprisingly quick (these beach dives aren't usually known for quick service but the food came out quick and the drinks stayed full). The kids meals were adorable and a big hit. The food was good as well. The pulled pork nachos were the way to go, while the chicken strips were just a bit disappointing. Love all the old photos and fun artifacts inside!

We absolutely loved this place! The pork nachos are absolutely amazing and the pork is some of the best I’ve ever had. All of the fried seafood is really fresh, the salmon was to die for and my crab cakes were really good! They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and even the outdoor seating is half covered in case it rains or there is bad weather. Had a really nice mix of standard bar drinks and specialty drinks. The service was really good and our food came out pretty quickly. Overall, this was a great experience and we will definitely be back. It’s adjacent to the beach so it’s super easy for us to come right off the beach and have a few drinks and dinner here.

The restaurant was recommended by a docent at the Daytona Motor Sports Museum. It didn't disappoint! Pulled pork nachos and the pulled pork platter were full of flavor. Fun atmosphere with entertainment. The restaurant lobby is full of racing history. Free parking across the street was a bonus.

My wife and I stopped at this restaurant on the way home from Port Canaveral, where we had just gotten off of a cruise. The lunch we had was OFF THE CHART delicious! My wife had the Salmon BLT and I had the Grilled Lobster Cheese sandwich, both with a rich, creamy coleslaw to go with. It was top notch & we will definitely be back! I, inadvertently left one of the FOB's for our vehicle there on the table when we left & didn't realize it until halfway back to Kentucky where we live. I called & spoke with one of the managers Katelyn Annis, who graciously arranged for our FOB to be shipped to us on her own dime! This restaurant & this manager GET IT when it comes to customer service! Thanks for a TERRIFIC experience & we will be back again for sure!

SUCH a great experience here for dining, the view is BEAUTIFUL! And our server Victoria was amazing! She was so kind and bubbly and made the experience so wonderful, she took care of us like we were family! The food was also soooo good! The poke taco minis were a hands down favourite! Big portion sizes and great flavour! It all contributed to a great time at Racings!

A must stop for any racing fan. Lot's of memorabilia from the early days of NASCAR. Outdoor deck dining on the beach. Best grilled Grouper i had all week. Husband loved the Cheese steak sandwich. The steak was crispy and caramelized. Oysters were delicious. I thought because of the theme restaurant idea it would be so-so food but it actually very good.

Great staff, fantastic service and food was awesome. Nice ocean view. Make this one of your stops whether you're a tourist or a local.

North Turn is one of our "go to" restaurants when we want music and to hang with other car/motorcycle enthusiasts. They have a great selection of food and excellent service. Obviously the views can't be beat. Recently, they were busy on Friday night. We didn't mind waiting for a server to come by. The manager saw that we were sitting and waiting and came right over to check on us. This place NEVER disappoints! Go to choices: pulled pork nachos, crab cakes, fried shrimp, burgers...too many others to list

It’s on the beach which is nice! Food was reasonably portioned. We went on a Friday evening and did not have to wait. I got the Ahi Tuna Tacos (appetizer) which I got as my meal. It was delicious! The dessert was yummy too!

My only complaint stems from the live band, they were just a little too loud

The atmosphere and service are amazing. The chowder is fantastic and doesn't appear to be some run of the mill stuff pre-made for restaurants. The calamari was definitely low quality though.

Very nice place. We were there for Saturday lunch, there was good live music and the patio was beautiful. All the food was really good, I loved the poke bowl and oysters. My kids loved the kids meals served in the cardboard cars. When the kids are happy, parents can relax. They also got souvenir coconut drink cups which they also loved. Would definitely come back.

One of the best place to share a good food, with great ambience and excellent service in Volusia beaches, I am fully recommend

This place is great! It has a lot of cool art and a few old race cars inside. The outside view is fantastic and the food was top notch. Definitely worth the trip. The live music was a nice surprise too. Definitely will go back. They even made accommodations letting us be seated farther from the stage because my son is autistic & has perfect pitch so sensitive ears. <3

It's my favorite place to relax and enjoy the ocean.
The food is amazing and the staff is so friendly and accommodating!
They just remodeled after the storms, and the deck is beautiful. Doesn't hurt that the music is always on point too!

The outside patio design of this place appears to still be under construction after the hurricane. Happy to see the place open and thriving. It's still a favorite stop for my family and kids. Live outside music with a great view of the beach. Fantastic staff and a must visit restaurant when visiting the area.

Loved the fried green tomatoes! All the food was delicious. The service was awesome and the entertainment was great! The atmosphere with the ocean and the sea breeze was perfect. A great night of food and fun.

Finally got to go here!! It was busy but we got seated right away & to our surprise our table was right on the ocean! Our waiter Bachus (not sure of spelling) was spot on, extremely personable & eager to answer any questions. We started with the loaded baked potato soup, very tasty! I had the Beach Bar salad, topped with tomatoes, cucumber, corn, boiled eggs, bacon, red onion and blackened shrimp. It was HUGE and so so good! BF had the Salmon with rice & veggies, equally as good. We will definitely be back!!
