Merk's Bar & Grill

Nice place. Was open on December 25th. We had wings, carrots, celery and Mahi, broccoli, salad. Merlot and NA beer. Very busy. Friendly waitresses and staff. A couple of pool tables in decent shape.

WINGS, WINGS, WINGS!! what else is there when eating at Merks? Burgers are great, appetizers wonderful. Extensive bar selections, service great and restaurant clean.

Great place for pub food! The Frankenstein wings are great! Very meaty and juicy! Fried and grilled! Friendly staff and atmosphere. A lot of people working hard to make get things done!

Cool wing spot in New Smyrna Beach. Place looks super clean inside and the floors aren’t dirty and sticky like all the other wing spots. So that was pretty cool. Everyone seems pretty chill and cool inside so no complaints from me. Prices are not bad and parking is cool too. Too bad I’m not that close cuz I’d be in here every other day if I was

Staff was very attentive. We were asked several times how our food was, which it was very good. Everyone was happy with their selections. I got the Frankenstein wings tossed,grilled and tossed again. They were cooked perfectly.

Had a wonderful time, food was delicious service was awesome, waitresses worked together to help each other. Bill was reasonable. We were not rushed at all.

My boyfriend and I are not from around here and super bummed after going here, especially after meeting Hannah and Kyle! Don't get me wrong the staff is amazing as well, they all take care of you but these go above and beyond to befriend you and make you feel like you have been going there for years! The food is great and the Cuban nachos are HUGE! and I only had half! I'm really going to miss this place especially Kyle and Hannah, thank you so much you two!! Till next time

It's a very popular sports bar! People are there for food, fun & drink. The staff is always running and do an excellent job keeping everyone happy! I love their BLT on rye!

Sarah was wonderful, very attentive, excellent mixologist, and the cooks are incredible. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Cannot believe we haven’t tried this place sooner. It’s definitely going to be our first stop from now on.

Great spot on the intercostal in NSB. Went in mid afternoon after an arts festival. The place was busy but we found parking easily and open tables as well. We expected to wait for service but the server was there within 5 minutes and got us drinks right away. They have full bar service with a decent beer list, wine and cocktails with a few beachy signature cocktails.

Started with the pierogis appetizer and they were perfectly prepared… crispy but not greasy. The Mahi sandwich featured a beautiful chunk of fish cooked nicely. The chicken quesadilla wraps were great as well with some leftover to take home. Mac and cheese side was a nice option.

I can’t say what it would be like during dinner hour, but guess there could be a wait. Still, the place seems well managed so I’d bet they can keep up with demand.

I’d definitely recommend Merk’s and go back again.

Frankenstein wings are amazing! Staff is fun and attentive. Good fun atmosphere. Hopefully, it isn't a common occurrence, but a fight broke out between 2 drunken guys at the outside bar.

Just had dinner at Merk’s tonight!! Everything was great!! Especially loved the Frankenstein wings and Philly cheese steak sub!! Our servers, Jacob and Danielle were fantastic!! Will definitely go back!! 🌞

Merk's is delicious and the bartenders are always so friendly! I don't think I've had a bad meal or bad experience at Merk's. I definitely recommend!

Best Honey BBQ Wings in town by far. Way better than Houligans or any other place. Make sure to tell them to Grill and Re-toss them also.

This is a great establishment they allowed me to have a fundraiser there for my daughter Kayla that was killed in a car wreck on 12/23/23. Great people and community
