New Balance Suffolk

I have been at this New Balance store in the past but personal attention was definitely needed since I was informed that I had to wear an ankle brace to reduce the pain I had been experiencing. Steve not only listened to my special needs but after patiently and carefully helping me. I walked out with a pair of shoes that worked in my favor. Steve went above and beyond to make my visit a great experience and I definitely recommend this store for others who want a comfortable shoe.

Steve is very knowledgeable of their product line as well as the footcare needs of his customers. As a podiatrist, it is important that my patients get the proper shoe to maximize the benefit of my treatment plan. I have been referring my patients to this store for many years.

I was in the lake grove NB store. Steve was helping me and he was so patient and very knowledgeable about all the sneakers. He had me hop up the computer to get an accurate fitting. It makes a world of difference having a person such as Steve helping the customers. I for one was very grateful. 😁

My wife purchased two pairs of walking shoes with inserts to accommodate recent successful corrective foot surgery, and is very satisfied with the results of the foot measurement apparatus (which is not available at all New Balance stores).

Had a great experience bringing my kids in today. The staff was professional and took the time to really analyze what type of shoes each child should wear, as well as what to avoid.
Didn’t try to upsell or pressure- and in the car my daughter declared she wants to buy her next shoes there because it was such a good experience.

My daughter recommended this New Balance location. I was impressed by their knowledge and the idea of computerized fittings for sneakers is excellent . I bought the sneakers recommended and left the next day for Universal Studios. In one day I walked 18,736 steps and did close to the same for the 3 following days. Sneakers were super comfortable.

Hi Steve was excellent.He had such patience I came in with my sister.She has a few issues with her feet.I think we were there over an hour.Never once did he loose his patience.Also I was impressed because I also needed a pair he wouldn’t take care of me until he was finished.Very knowledgeable about the sneakers.I never give reviews but I couldn’t pass Steve.Will always Come back to Nee Balance thanks Angela

I have to post this rating as this store was absolutely great! Old school customer service from the time you walked in until the time you left from every employee at the store. We often forget what is like to experience this level of service because we live in a world that customer service has gone out the window. Kudos to New Balance for doing things the right way. And I think their shoes are extremely comfortable as well.

This store is staffed by trained, knowledgeable salespeople, not just clerks pushing whatever they have in stock. Selection here is amazing. Mark is a true shoe professional, and knows how to help you select the right shoe, esp. if you have problem feet, shin splints, etc. At first I was concerned about paying so much for a pair of sneakers, so he gave me several price range choices. Sure enough, the pair he initially recommended felt perfect the moment I put them on. After years of buying at the outlets, I am now a loyal customer. The quality and professional service are well worth the price!

Friendly staff, didn't have much in store but they will order anything for you that you see online and still give you the online discount

New Balance near Smith Haven Mall was a pleasure to shop at. My Mother needed a pair of sneakers so they measured her feet electronically and found the perfect fit right away. The young salesgirl was very courteous and attentive. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy sneakers.

Very good sales service. New Balance sneakers are the best for me. I walk at least 4 miles every day and need a comfortable and supportive sneaker.

Outstanding Service and product knowledge. Arrived in Long Island from out of state prior to a 3 month journey (lots of walking) overseas. I have always been a fan of New Balance but after some surgery I was not so sure of what type, size or width shoe I should buy. Called these folks after seeing their ad on television. Most impressed with my short phone conversation and how they described their approach to making sure that I was fitted correctly. Went to the store that evening and was most impressed by the attention as soon as I walked into the store. The young lady that fit me provided excellent evaluation, sizing, incredible selection, good advice that I'll think about in the future when buying shoes. I found the perfect shoe that is incredibly comfortable for my long upcoming travels.

I needed a pair of all white men sized New Balance to wear for clinical rotations in my registered nurse program. Earlier today, I called spoke with Justin and he set aside a few pairs. I came down this evening and he was a great help. Justin got me the right size, gave some solid advice, and I was good to go.

The quality of the shoes sold here I'd place at 6 out of 5 stars if I could, While they might be a little pricey they're beyond worth it. The staff is friendly and responsive, always looking to Help find the right product for you no matter what you're looking for.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable sales staff at this location. Were in the area for a few days for an orthotics device for our grandson at a local specialist.
New Balance shoes were recommended and the sales person at this store modified and fitted a pair of shoes and gave us model numbers of other New Balance models that would work. Unfortunately we didn't get the name of the gentleman helping us. We are from Canada so the person helping us knew it would probably be a one time sale. As mentioned previously, you get what you pay for.
Definitely 5 Star service.
