Very nice place commendations of lunch dinner and breakfast. They have for cocktails on the menu Not for free but very good Especially the coconut cocktail!!!

It’s like if Hot Topic, Box Lunch and New Comics all did a collab! But seriously, really good! They have japanese drinks and snacks and a lot to choose from! I recommend to go here!

I think it's a very neat store to browse they have a lot of anime-esk things you really can't find elsewhere on the island so I think it's neat no complaints from me

Nice to see a music store open and they have a ton of novelty pop culture items with good sales/deals. Has reproduction and new vinyl, very limited CDs, barely a whole aisle but in an age of streaming, understandable. Friendly cashiers and staff, fun store!

Great place for pop culture new and old

Cool place with some Japanese imported snacks and drinks!! A bit pricey for some of those items considering they're from Japan. Certainly not the FYE I remember.

Prices are pretty fair. Can usually buy movies at market price or lower. GREAT SALES on used movies. Selection is THE BEST. If you're looking for older more obscure movies, this should be your first stop, way better than best buy and around the same price or cheaper (Except on brand new releases). All used movies are in great condition, never had any issues. AND you can trade in fir cash or store credit.

Such a cool little store! They have a wide variety of foreign snacks and food. Also lots of manga and technology related stuff. Overall a pretty nice store if anything the snacks are a bit expensive. But I figured that's normal for imported snacks and food I suppose.

Great store and I have not been here in 1 year. I think everything is here and you literally have a clothing store, DVD/Game store all in one great package. Hope more people come and try it.

movies, music, posters, anything your looking for in entertainment, great prices on dvds and blue ray, so many hard to get titles, choice of used or new, only store like this left, hope they never close

Victoria was such an amazing help! She knew EXACTLY the characters I was looking for!! PLEASE give her a raise....a promotion....SOMETHING! Victoria knows her stuff! I wandered around the store for about 20 minutes aimlessly before she helped me.

These stores used to be all over, now rare it's nice to visit the ones left. Interesting snack foods toy figures in the back and a lot of funko pop figures and records

They have a little bit of everything here: vinyls, DVDs, CDs, posters, and a section dedicated to Japanese snacks and drinks. The prices are reasonable and almost everytime I stop at the mall, I make sure to drop in and see what they have.

I went to the mall today for what most people would call a dreaded return because it's not a guarantee. People usually have to fight for a return -- often shouting, I'm the customer! So I took the kindness road and it was very rewarding for both of us.

A little more than two months ago I bought a cassette connection to play music in my car. Everything was in great shape except for the plastic cable surrounding the male piece that gets inserted into the headphone jack -- it kept shorting out when playing music, which is worse than having no music.

I didn't have a receipt and I explained this situation to her. I specified that I bought it here -- at this store -- too.The store manager was on the front lines, who was helping me from the start, and she was courteous in explaining the return policy. Though my return (without a receipt) was outside of the exchange policy she made it happen.

I can't help but think this worked out for both of us because we acted like people and not buyers and sellers. We found compassion for a mutual cause. The truth is, customers have the best customer service experience when you're understanding and nice. People want to naturally help you when you're amicable. And this was also an opportunity for her to do something great for her store and store's reputation (which is more important than ever). Positive experiences go a long way in the retail industry and I wanted to celebrate this moment.

I called to ask for the manager's name because I forgot to ask, but they must have been busy. After we finished the exchange I told her how much I appreciated it (saved me a little bit of money and made me very happy) and asked if she was on Google+ so I could write a review. She isn't and joked that it's hard enough for her to log into Facebook.

By the end of the conversation we had made a personal connection and parted ways both feeling good. In the end, that's what business and people should be all about.

This is my favorite spot in the mall! So much great stuff and usually at pretty reasonable prices.

Great store with tons of collectables such as POP figures, music, posters, speakers, keychains, movies and clothing. There is an variety of things that could possibly offer a better price than other stores.

They have it all... from Blu-ray to Bluetooth, always pleny of good deals (some are a steal) Fun place to shop and the only place I know of that still sell physical multimedia products such as dvd's, and cd's.
