Russ Darrow Kia of Wauwatosa Service

My appointment was at 8am and I arrived at 7am because of my work schedule. They were able to start my vehicle early for its oil change and tire rotation. The service rep that checked me let me know also as they were finishing up. And made sure I got the video of them checking the breaks and tire tread depth. Everyone was nice and polite. They also have a nice open window into the shop area if you wish to watch.

I'd give Nick & Ted 10*'s if I could! Top notch customer service and fast to act when I had car trouble on the way to Green Bay! FAST to take action to get us back on the road! Thorough with my vehicle issue/warranty information. I could not have asked for a bad situation to be handled as well as they did! Kudos and MANY THANKS to you both! Highly recommend this service team!!

Excellent location, excellent stock and supply of vehicles, and one of the best and most professional maintenance teams I have experienced. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied as a customer and seek to maintain a good working relationship. This is my second Kia I have purchased and I think I will continue to buy more if this is the level of customer service I can expect.

I got an emissions test and oil change done, and not only did they do that service in less than the hour they promised, but they sent me a video showing me various things with my tires, air filter, windshield wipers, and under the car! They also vacuumed the interior and washed the exterior! The waiting room and staff were pleasant as always. Thank you!

Jeff in the financing department went above and beyond for my financial needs. Jaylen was awesome in going over the last vehicle specs (five stars on that). Overall such a wonderful experience!

My tire went flat a block away from Russ Darrow Kia during a snow storm. I pulled into the service area and was quickly greeted. I was asked a few questions and told to take a seat. Within two hours I had a new tire and all tires rotated. You may think, two hours? Work done in timely fashion. Ryan handled customer service like a pro. Ordering a new tire for me that didn't cost me an arm & leg. While at work, Russ Darrow took care of changing the flat tire. And the Russ Darrow shuttle dropped me off at work & picked me back up when my car was done. Enjoyable experience!

Awesome service department. My engine seized, they submitted the issue to KIA and got the replacement covered by KIA and a new lifetime warranty on the engine. I felt like I won the lottery! Nick in the service dept. was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They got the car in, diagnosed and repaired in one day at a fair price.

Oil change appointments are the bane of my existence, but I’ve found the place to go and now I look forward to my appointments! Always an hour or less, they get me in early if they can, very polite customer service, and a place with wi-fi for me to work. The lounge is comfortable and has a variety of snacks as well. The only thing better would be a Porsche oil change, where I hear they give you a brand new Cayenne loaner for the day. Maybe one day, but in the meantime, I highly recommend Russ Darrow Kia!
