The best shoe store in the area with a great selection of shoes! And even better customer service! Don assisted me with finding a new pair of Hokas and orthopedic inserts. Don is knowledgeable, friendly, and was so patient with me, as I tried on many pairs of shoes. I will definitely be back!

Fabulous experience shopping here today! I've never felt better about spending so much money. My daughter is super picky and Clive has her laughing and smiling and thrilled with not one but 2 pairs of shoes for her! Then, he helped me find some shoes to help with my heel pain. To top of off. I found an amazing pair of winter boots on sale! We were just window shopping... but ended up with a very successful shopping trip. Thanks Clive for your patience, expertise and humor!

Clive and the other young lady (didn’t catch her name!) we’re so incredible! Right from entry we were kindly greeted by both workers. My husband and I worked with Clive and he has the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was patient, thorough, and so extremely helpful! We walked in on a whim and walked out with 2 shoes and 1 helpful pair of inserts! Highly recommend this fill service shoe store!

Clive was amazing, me and my friend were in there for almost 2 hours trying on shoes and he was VERY helpful, friendly, and hilarious. He was very good and choosing shoes that matched us and our personalities, and was just overall outstanding!

Upon entering the establishment, my family and I were greeted by the assistant manager, Adam. I came in looking for a pair of shoes. Adam approached us and asked if he was able to help in anyway. He got me a pair of the OC(On cloud) shoes to try on. After doing a lap around the store to test them out, I said that we would get them. He then began a thorough cleaning and preparation process of the shoes that I was about to buy. My sister remarked about how the shoes that the place she bought shoes from earlier did not perform a cleaning like Adam. He said to her that he would do the same thing to her shoes that he did to mine. My experience at Tradehome shoes was nothing but great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in purchasing a pair of shoes.

I went to the store to see some options for running and comfortable shoes.There have really good variety of shoes and the customer service is really great. I had great experience with Kay and Paige (Sorry if I write your names wrong). They both are really amazing and I had the best customer service experience with them. They both were really patient and humble. I would love to shop again from this store and credit goes to associates.

Clive is the man, this guy gives the best service I’ve ever experienced in a shoe store. As well Ky was amazing at helping us find shoes for the pickiest person in the world and made great conversation with great service and a smile

Best experience in any store, hands down! 😁 Kayleigh changed my life! Not only was she super sweet, she was super knowledgeable & helpful! She helped my son find the perfect running shoes, recommended Oofas for both me & my son, to help keep us comfortable, help prevent & relieve our Ethromyalgia & Planters Faciitous. She changed my life by recommending the "best socks ever", SwiftWicks! Ethromyalgia is an extremely painful foot condition that is difficult to find relief for, & in just seconds these socks made a huge difference duringa flare-up! I've now been wearing them for hours & there is nothing comparable! Kayleigh was such a wonderful sales associate I chose to buy these items at full price, rather than search online for a grear deal because Kayleigh deserved her commission (& more)! I usually don't spend money on myself, & we were in Tradehome just for my son, but it's pretty obvious I have foot pain so she recommended & gently nudged me to treat myself to the SwiftWicks socks & a pair of Oofas. I don't leave close to the store Kayleigh works at but I'd definitely return & I'm so glad we went in!

I randomly stopped in because I’ve been wanting a pair of Birkenstocks. Clive helped me and was so nice. He even buckled my shoes for me and explained the care kit/how to use it. I would definitely go back for the Clive experience.

I recently went to Tradehome shoes to buy a pair of Hey dudes, but left with 2 pairs of shoes and an extremely comfortable pair of socks. I didn’t buy the extra shoe and socks because I needed them, but because the sales woman, I believe her name is chase, was so incredibly sweet and helpful! I’m not sure if she’ll ever see this but Chase does a phenomenal job, and you can tell that she enjoys what she does! Thank you, from a new customer.

The salesperson Colton Vetzel was outstanding. He was managing several customers at once, including a crabby old man, all with kindness, sincerity and a huge effort to meet our every need. He read his customers well, joking with me and my sister but kept it professional with the old crabby guy!!! I told him I was really pleased and impressed by him!!! I’m from AZ and will be back when I visit.

Best Shoe Shopping experience I've had. Came here on a recommendation and they exceeded expectations. Kale was knowledgeable and made sure we got what we needed. The other staff member was exceptional as well. Will be back.

I was only employed here for a short time, but I really enjoyed the team environment as well as the great management. Its a very friendly environment, the management is always willing to help you and guides you as you work to achieve your goals there. Not only is it an awesome work place, but it is a really good place to shop as well. The team there will help you find something that will suit your needs (whatever they may be) and try alleviate any ongoing foot issues you might be experiencing. Overall, an experience I’m happy to have had. I definitely recommend shopping or working here.

Strolled in looking for ON tennis shoes, not only did I buy a pair. But he measured my feet to find me the exact size, and insisted I try on every style to make sure I made the right decision. He literally put the shoes on my feet for me. I’ve never had such a wonderful shoe shopping experience. In addition they had an awesome sale on Hey Dude shoes!

I went into Tradehome Shoes a few weeks ago to look for new shoes for work. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the friendliest team of people I have ever met. They weren’t pushy to get me thinking about what shoes I was interested in right away. The manager, I believe his name is Cole, asked how my day was going and made genuine conversation with me. Once we got on the topic of what I was looking for, Cole proceeded to grab multiple pairs of shoes in a wide variety and sat with me for about 45 minutes until I decided on a pair of Hoka’s. I’m on my feet all day at work and I have been extremely happy with the Hoka’s Cole recommended. My feet and back are very happy since switching to Hoka’s. I will continue to see Cole and his team at Mayfair Mall for all of my shoe needs. What a great team here and what a beautiful store.
