I LOVE HIM AND HIS STAFF!!!! I have extreme anxiety and PTSD , that being said most people don't enjoy a dentist visit for a bad tooth. I have been tortured by dentists in the past and had awful and excruciating experiences. I've been to Dr.Stephens twice now with excruciating pain. He has done 2 extractions and both were so fast and I felt no pain!!! He is AMAZING and the staff are so friendly. Highly recommend!!!! 😁👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Great experience. I switched from a dentist I had been with for 25 years due to locality and it was a easy transition. The staff is helpful and kind. Our entire family now uses him, including our 4 year old son. He is thorough, gentle and informative.

Very caring dr. And staff

I went here due to an needing emergency appointment and I have to say it was a huge mistake. A have a few issues with this place. First and foremost yes the dentist does his job but lacks empathy and shows absolutely no compassion for his patients when they are in distress or pain. My second complaint is having my tooth extracted and then being sent out of the office with a known infection but not given any antibiotics to clear it. That in turn caused me to end up in an urgent care center on a Sunday with a jaw swollen so large it looked like I had been punched in the face. Instead of me being able to make a 30 minute trip to the dentist I now drive a hour and a half just to get good quality care. Oh and let me not forget the voicemail about rescheduling my appointment to another day without making sure it's good for me first. No need to reschedule, I will not be coming back. The drive to Midlothian is far more worth it.
