Excellent service. Julie is a sweetheart! They even sent my breast pump out 13 days before I was scheduled to have it. They are knowledgeable and helpful! Other places I called were rude or did not have what I was looking for. Keep in mind, with my insurance, I had to go searching through over 300 pages just to find the pump I was looking for.

I would highly recommend and use them again!

I am surprised at the poor reviews for this vendor - so far they have helped me out with a bunch of problems and they have been very pleasant and professional. I have not yet received the order (for my Mom) but I will re-post if my experience changes. PS. I went to M&M b/c ANOTHER vendor charged my mother for an item, which should've been covered under Medicare; when this was pointed out to them, they said they would get her a refund but, despite several visits, they never produced - so Mom did not want to deal with them. The other vendor was more convenient - located in Shrewsbury.

I would love to give this place more stars. Julie is so very sweet and helpful. She was able to look up my insurance information right away to get my breast pump. They even had the pump I wanted. I called about 10 different places and no one had what I was looking for. The others were just plain old rude!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff members along with a large selection of items make this a great store. I found exactly what I needed in short order and I am very happy with the items that I purchased. Highly recommend!

Good morning I normally don't write a review like this I had to go to their Mendon location to get measured for custom compression stockings reason is I have severe Lymphedemp And I have to have a compression rating of 40 to 50 I was able to pick the colors I like with was a good thing Received the package by way of UPS this past Monday08/14/23 and I started to wear them the next morning they will not stay up the Prescription for them was altered!!!!

Purchasing a rolling walker the staff wasn’t helpful in picking the right one for me. Actually I felt I was putting her out while she sat at her desk. The 2nd person was much more friendly people who purchase from here and most likely have health issues so I would recommend a more welcoming staff to folks that are having a hard time already.

This place is not the usual retail setting, but that is alright. People immediately greeted me and let me know I would soon be helped even though they were fairly busy. A man came to help me shortly after I entered. He was very friendly and accommodating, but admitted that he was not an expert in the items I needed (breast pump parts) and referred me to the supposed "expert". The woman that helped me next was brusque, did not answer my questions satisfactorily and was straight up unfriendly during the checkout process. I asked her a question, which she repeated to me in question form, and when I smiled and said I didn't know the answer to that question, I was asking her, she got very flustered and started saying that she hadn't heard me and "is that what you asked me? What are you asking me?" I had to actually cut her off to tell her that, yes, that had been my question, and she rudely answered with a one word answer. She then didn't make eye contact with me again, despite checking my ID, having me sign a receipt and handing me my ID, credit card and items. When I told her to have a nice day, she did not respond. It is convenient to be able to walk into a store so near my home, but I will not be back,

Rental beware!!!! Never trust this company. I live in Massachusetts. I rented a breast pump for 3 months since a friend liked hospital grade pump they rent out. I was desperate so jumped on a long term rental. I was sent a pump with a missing wire. Sent it back for a return and the supervisor refused to give me my money back. Extremely rude, she wouldn't stop yelling and fighting with me. I literally had to hang up on her since I couldn't stand her language. Basically telling me "well who told you to rent it, I didn't come to your home to sell it" and "write a review anywhere you like, as if I care." I am traumatized by her behavior and service. She said to return 2 month rent amount but lied. Complete thief's.

Went in looking for help on information about a product to use. The communication with the employee was useless. No one was willing to help. As other customers arrived, the person talking to us went to help them, then she left the store completely. POOR customer service!! NEVER go to M and M there are many other companies in area [Hopkinton Drug] that will care and be helpful.

Highly unprofessional and rude. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. I am taking my business elsewhere, regardless that they are a 'preferred' vendor with my insurance. I would rather pay more than give them a dime. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and would advise other consumers to steer clear.

Would not recommend I purchased a breast pump from them and it send it for 11 days and now it does not charge . I called in hopes for someone to help me and they gave me the manufacturer information. To follow up . Very poor customer service and very unwilling to help . I would not recommend this company .

BEWARE!!!! Customer service is the worse I have seen. The staff is untrained and snobby. They want to sell you something but when there is a problem they are useless. Had a rolling walker purchased from them that the brake failed. Bought a new walker from them and found out from the manufacturer that the original one was still under warranty. I contacted the manufacturer , gave M&M the info and the walker to repair, M&M got the parts free, Gave me the walker and the parts back, and told me to TAKE IT TO A BICYCLE REPAIR SHOP to get it fixed. I will never go back!!!

Quite frankly rude and not helpful one iota.

The employees need a class in empathy. Customers are coming in because they are sick. The employees are so rude and uncaring. Their biggest concern is payment. Shame on them!

Shame on all of you for selling fake 3M masks. Your greed is sickining!!!!!!!!!!
