Harvest Grille

It started with a French Onion soup craving. Found The Harvest Grille. Of course I ordered the French Onion soup it had a creamy texture which was very flavorful. We ordered the Broiled Haddock sandwich and The Rueben. Both were very good. The sweet potato fries were good as well as the regular fries.
Definitely recommend visiting and enjoying a meal if in The area.

I don't know why we didn't go here sooner. Charming place, food was great, our server (Jen) was awesome... Very attentive as was the hostess. Food was excellent... Highly recommend the beet salad. I never get dessert, but I got the key lime pie and it was awesome. My wife would recommend an update to the furniture/decor to harness the old American pub/tavern, the booths are thin. Really enjoyed our dinner. Oh, the live music was great!

Have heard good things about Harvest Grille. We went on a Friday night on a whim. Did not have reservations and had no problem getting 2 seats at the bar. There was a piano player in the lounge and it was very pleasant. The bartender was quite busy but didn't seem to have any problems keeping up. We ordered steak tips and baked haddock to share. Both were very tasty. Food came out in a timely manner.

We just had a fantastic experience with Harvest Grille. We hosted a "collation" luncheon meal following a celebration of life service for my mother-in-law. It could not possibly have worked out better. Susan was a joy to work with remotely by phone (as we are located in New Jersey). The food and service were all great, and the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and welcoming. We had a buffet meal with caesar salad, baked haddock, steak tips, and vegetarian risotto, and homemade brownies and cookies for dessert. Everything was delicious and served elegantly and timed well. We really appreciate the care and attention they took so that our time could be focused on our main objective of the day which was to honor and celebrate my mother-in-law's life.

Great spot with some very cool architecture and a historic feel to it (I'm pretty sure the building itself is quite old if I had to guess..) and a very nice homestyle atmosphere.
Nice enough to dress up a little bit for a date night, but casual enough for a little family gathering in regular casual attire if you want.
The food was excellent! Came out quick, all the courses came out in well timed sequence, all nicely presented, and was very tasty!! Solid sized portions too! Definitely didn't leave hungry!

The food and service were outstanding! We went for the first time a few weeks ago and loved the vibe & overall experience. We went again tonight with our neighbors and it was even better the second time! Kendra, our server was very attentive, friendly & helpful. We could see that senior management really care about customer satisfaction & even walk around to make sure everyone’s pleased with the food and service. If you are looking for a restaurant with friendly atmosphere, great food and fair prices, you can’t go wrong! We will be back soon!

My fiancé and I just ate here for the first time. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! We ordered the steak tips medium rare, and they were perfect! We ordered them to share as we had ordered some apps to share too, and the staff split it on to two plates without us asking, complete with ourbown steak knives! The crab cake was perfect, the piccata calamari so buttery and flavorful, and the stuffed mushrooms so cheesey. The waitress cracked fresh peppercorns on our salad. The staff were all really friendly and so attentive. They boxed up our items for us and bagged them up too. I love the little trees they have situated in the middle of the dinning area, it's so aesthetic! It's a tad bit more expensive than some of the other restaurants in the area, but we'll worth it! There are even some decent vegetarian options in the menu that we didn't get to try. We will be back again very soon, thank you!

Iv seen a lot of restaurants come and go from this location but all I can say is the rest of the restaurants in Holden better watch out! If you love a good steak or a nice home cooked meal this place will put any restaurant under the table throughout Holden and beyond! Come see for yourself owners are some of the most welcoming people, always making sure you have everything you need and everything is cooked to your liking.

What a great place. Their food is mostly homemade and excellent. The staff are friendly, and the owners come by to make sure you're enjoying your meal. I got a cup of homemade chili, which was amazing and the meatloaf. They were able to accommodate my dairy allergy and made sure I was happy with everything. My boyfriend got french onions soup which is vegetarian friendly and said it was so very good. He also got the homemade black bean burger and said it was the best one he's ever had. They are amazing, and we will remember to come back to this hidden gem.

Went here last night with friends delicious! They have live music in the lounge, great atmosphere, staff very attentive towards customers. They have a great selection of food and drinks for everyone! Awesome special list too! Everyone at our table had something different and every single person was highly satisfied!
We all recommend and will be returning!

Stopped in for dinner and would definitely make the trip back! Food came out quick and hot. My husband got the seafood platter, the portions were huge and good quality (not at all greasy) and I got the Cajun burger which was delicious. Our waitress was great and even thoughtful enough to bring out our toddlers food with the app.

1st time there, we brought our 18month old and immediately welcomed with very friendly staff who accommodated us with extra things to amuse my very active son, gave him a toy car to play with and let him play around on the floor before it got busy which helped us alot. Waitress was very nice and helpful. Food was awesome!! Childrens size plate was huge! Would def. Go back!

The food here is always excellent. I especially love the seafood trio.
One member of our party had several food allergies and our waItress was very attentive in taking notes. The meal the chef prepared was not only delicious but beautifully presented as well.
We will be going back here often.

Absolutely love this restaurant. The service is spectacular. Food even better. Their fish is fresh and cooked to perfection. I enjoy blackened or cajun haddock. So flavorful. Vanessa makes the perfect Cosmo. Sue makes the most amazing desserts. This place is the best kept secret in Worcester county!! If you like soup, they always have a variety of homemade delicious soups.

Susan and Tim at Harvest Grille are the real deal! My husband and I wanted to stay local and support small business for our small wedding celebration and decided that a small family dinner for 24 was more our style than a reception. Susan and Tim delivered in a big way. They were amazing from the get-go, and implemented our vision beautifully. That doesn't even cover the absolutely DELICIOUS food and drinks we had. We were able to take their full menu and parse it down to 8 or 10 dishes from which our guests could order. It was lovely that we didn't have to get everyone's order early, people could instead decide what they were in the mood for at that point. We were seated at a long table, family-style, in the bar area and though people meandered back and forth from eating dinner at the bar, it only added to the festive environment. Everyone in our party had a great time, complimented the wonderful staff, and enjoyed their delicious food. I would recommend Harvest Grille to anyone wanting a really good meal in a cozy atmosphere. We will certainly be back, and soon!

We love the food from Harvest Grille! Everything is great but I specifically go there for the baked or grilled haddock and it is bar none the freshest, most delectable piece of fish anywhere! My husband always orders the ruben because it is the best around. We also love their soups - always superior! We were treated to a chocolate pudding cake with fresh whipped cream for dessert - it was to die for! We can trust that the food is always fresh and homemade. So grateful for the Harvest Grille!

Really enjoy the food here. Great atmosphere. Live music is great (sometimes a bit loud for the room, but tolerable)
The staff is on point! I order a different meal with each visit and I've yet to be disappointed. Great portions. Plenty of parking. Definitely worth checking out if you happen to be passing through this part of town.

Service is always great, usually greeted by the owner at some point. Had chicken parmesan take out. Best we've ever had!

One of the members of our party was not overly pleased with his meal - overdone onion rings. I don't recall the other part of his meal was. The rest of us were happy with our meals - filet mignon, baked haddock, Reuben sandwich. A beer that was ordered took more than 15 minutes to be delivered to the table. The waitress said she was waiting on the bartender. No bread or dessert was offered. The waitress was very pleasant and seemed to be hustling.

Reasonable prices for a great meal! My husband and I ate dinner here on a Sunday night. It was not overly crowded and the dinner was leisurely.
We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals (he had meat loaf and I had eggplant parmesan). The menu was huge and there were a decent amount of beers on draft. The "specials of the day" menu was also extensive and impressive.
We skipped out on dessert but only because we were so full! We would definitely return again for an intimate and delicious meal!
