Rocky's Ace Hardware

Staff was kind, knowledgeable, and ready/willing to help and they really go the extra mile in SHOWING someone where something is by escorting them to the item and explaining the variety. No other store does this anymore. They have great cheapo toys for the kids too. Little pricier but the kids always have a blast playing with those while I fix what I gotta fix. It's nice.

We had a great experience at Rocky's today. Everyone from the cashier's to Charlene (I hope I didn't butcher your name) the store manager were extremely helpful. We had an issue with a grill I received for Christmas that didn't work appropriately on its first use this spring. They facilitated an easy exchange for the same grill.

I was in need of a length of chain and a padlock. The clerks were very helpful in cutting the length of chain and assisting me with the lock I needed which was higher than I could reach. The store was very clearly laid out, things were easy to find and associates were ready to assist.

A well rounded hardware store that offers many different products for all kinds of home, office, and yard improvements. The customer service is great for one on one, and another store that offers so much all under one roof! Very friendly not only to contractors, but also do it yourselfers.

Although you pay a little bit more you're paying for a helping hand and product knowledge that you will not receive at any big box. Generally there's at least one person who can answer your question in the store if not they'll take the time to look it up for you.

There's nothing more daunting than having to find the right tool or item in a hardware store. That's why I love Ace Hardware. I tool my mom to find a particular resin on Nov. 6. Howie and a young man patiently helped us find the right one. The young man (who hadn't even clocked in yet) made great points/suggestions to us making an informed decision. Glad we went there.

Ace hardware stores are usually a good a experience. Well stocked, excellent hardware selections, good quality tool options.

They helped me get a couple replacement parts for my Big Green Egg. Good at communicating, and drove to another ACE twice to pick up the parts I needed. Would recommend.
