Jesilyn was my colorist and stylist at this appointment and I have to say I am beyond happy with my experience! She was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable for my first experience at the salon. Jesilyn is extremely professional and friendly and listened to everything I wanted and was able to replicate what I wanted down to the T! Beyond impressed with her and her work!

Words can’t describe how grateful I am to Jesilyn for saving my hair. I had a horrible experience somewhere else and she did an incredible color correction that I didn’t even think was possible. Jesilyn is sweet, caring, very knowledgeable and ambitious! She is a fantastic colorist and can work MAGIC!!! I feel beautiful again ❤❤❤❤ (Green shirt is after)

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jesilyn. I have had so many disastrous hair issues in the past that I went an entire year without touching my hair for fear someone would mess it up again. I found Jesilyn on Instagram and saw she did what I liked and spoke to her about all my failed attempts and showed her my dream hair goal.
She surpassed my dreams and did a MARVELOUS job! I have never, in my life, received so many compliments on the color and style of my hair as I did after Jesilyn did her magic. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Hello, I just want to rate a service at the Pembroke Pines FL location, Alyssa was amazing today and Always, she made me feel beautiful today ❤( I came really sad because my hair was really damaged) Alyssa was really professional and recommended some of the a esa products that I’m very excited to start using it, My daughter is Alyssa’s client as well and she is 11 years old (complains for everything) and she loved how Alyssa cuts her hair! Jesilyn is a life saver! She always gives me the perfect haircut and leaves me feeling extremely beautiful and taken care of. I recently called my former salon to schedule a haircut with full highlights, and later learned that Devyn was now working at this salon. She is amazing at everything she does and I would not trust anyone else with my hair, so I drove an hour today so I could follow up with Devyn. As usual, she did a fantastic job and I cannot thank her enough for making me feel beautiful every time I see her! My stylist was Alyssa. I LOVE the way she highlighted my hair. It is a beautiful golden honey color that she achieved in my base color which is very dark. My cut was also amazing! She is definitely a MUST TRY! Thank you Alyssa for making me feel brand new!

Jesilyn has been my stylist for over 4 years. She is knowledgeable, professional, always on time. Her coloring techniques are the BEST! I wouldn’t go to anyone else. My hair is always perfect. She really listens to her clients and makes the best suggestions on style and color. The salon is lucky to have her!

Jesilyn was wonderful! She genuinely listened to what I wanted to do with my blonde hair and she took the time to do multiple different techniques to get this accomplished! I trust her expertise! It is hard to find a stylist to trust but Jesilyn walked me through the whole process and I truly loved my hair. I had a great cut and blonde balayage/highlight experience, will definitely be back!

Not only is she TALENTED but her customer service skills are amazing ‘ very knowledgeable specially with blondes and she’s very organized . This salon is very clean , the girls in the front are really sweet as well. I haven’t had a negative experience / encounter at all. Definitely recommend 10/10!! I’m sad I’m moving out of state but I will most definitely fly back here just so she can keep Doing my hair !

I got my hair done there last week with Jesilyn and I loved everything about the experience! I asked for a short haircut with red highlights, and she interpreted what I wanted in such a cool way that I love. There was good conversation almost the whole 3 hour appointment, and I felt like I was very well attended to. Lovely environment and I would definitely go again!

I've been frequenting Drew James for years. Usually go to the Plantation location to see Colin, but recently went to the new salon in Pembroke Pines for a haircut. Let me just say, I was blown away by how beautiful the new salon is! All of the equipment and furnishings are beautiful and modern. All in all, it's spacious, clean, and well-lit (pretty much everything you'd expect from Drew James). I live like halfway between the Plantation and Pines locations, so hoping to come back here for my next appointment with Colin.

I have been going to Aveda Salons all over the US for the last 20 years, I have been to some good ones and some really terrible ones, Drew James was excellent! They are upfront with their prices, no hidden environmental fees ( like Maggie the Salon ) and everyone I talk to their was really friendly. My haircut was great.. I will definitely be going back to Drew James and recommending them to my family and friends.

When I moved to Miami over 2 years ago, one of my first concerns was finding a professional and reliable hair salon that was conveniently located. Well I found it at Drew James on Pines Blvd. Jesilyn, my stylist, was beyond what I expected. She knew exactly what to do with color, highlights and cut. I couldn’t be happier.
