Party City

This location is absolutely stunning, very large, organized and has a great staff. I placed a balloon order with a wonderful young lady that was knowledgeable about the products, services and offered free balloon delivery since my order qualified. I declined but I appreciated her thorough customer service. I returned today to collect my order that was ready as they said it would be and exactly what I asked for. The reason for my review is because I left with my order and lost 1 balloon while trying to put my order in the car. I went back inside with the full intent and expecting to pay for the balloon and the young lady helping me told me not to worry about it. 10/10 store I will always make the drive to this location for all my party needs.

Katrina was an amazing help!! she was kind and went above and beyond to help me with my order. Made sure it was handled quickly and was delivered promptly. I will definitely continue being a customer at this location as long as Katrina is there!!

I was walking in circles trying to put together the list of items needed for a birthday party 🎉 🥳. One very nice young lady who works there came over and asked if she could assist me. I was so relieved for the help because I was going in circles. We got it done much faster thanks to her.

Everyone was super helpful and assisted in helping me find what I was looking for, in spite of the store being pretty full. Aaron at the register inflated my balloons immediately and was so amicable and efficient. Great visit... was in and out.

Great place to find everything you need for a party. Online ordering is great. My online orders are always ready for pick up about an hour after ordering.
