Jolson helped me find my new car and he was outstanding! Told him exactly what I liked/disliked and he showed me many options! We had to be out by a certain time but he was quick and so helpful. He made the process super easy. Thank you Jolson, I love my new car!!

Service at Rick Case Honda is top notch. I text Duane my service advisor when I’m ready to make an appointment to bring my car in and he answers me right away. When I arrive for my appointment, everyone is friendly and helpful and genuinely interested in servicing my car efficiently. The service is done while you wait or they have a courtesy shuttle. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and coffee is available. The experience is always pleasant and easy.

Kevin was so kind and made me very comfortable from the start! This was not like my other car buying experiences where I left not feeling too great... I will definitely recommend him to all my friends!! He made what I wanted happen!

I had such a great experience at this dealership. I would recommend anyone trying to purchase their first vehicle to come to Kevin. He’s customer service is top tier! He is very informative and an honest man. He was able to explain to me any questions that I had and tried to get me the best deals. Also, Joe ( Finance manager) is so nice and helpful. I was worried that I wouldn’t be approve due to my credit ,but he did his magic and got me approve with a low interest rate. Honestly, Rick Case Honda should be very lucky to have these two men as an employee!

Car was ready when it was promised once they got the parts ' driver side door'. Took over a month but Parts were on back order which was not Rick Case's fault. Pleased with all repairs so far. The Painting job is amazing and matchs the original paint. Over all I am a happy customer.

Ric Case Honda Collision Department is affiliated with Progressive Insurance therefore it was the choice I made to get my Honda repaired. Sharon was the Service Professional assigned to my repair and she was magnificent in her customer service, support and timely updates. Positive experience with this service is based on excellent work done by department personnel and the personnel care Sharon provided throughout the process.

I had a much better experience this time around at Rick case. Javier Perez my sales rep was super polite, professional and very helpful. Super nice young man I would definitely recommend for you to ask for Javier Perez and he will make it happen! Ethan the finance manager super amicable and made everything smooth.
