I come here because of their selections. Staff is always friendly and helpful when I need them. They have a great selection of beer and wine at good prices. Often I come to get what I need and then to just walk to check all their beer selections because there is such a variety.

Since the welcome at the entrance until the checkout, I love everything about this place. Great prices, excellent customer service, place super clean and organized. Always someone ready to help me find what I am looking for. In conclusion, a place that I highly recommend.

I was overwhelmed. Sooo much to choose from. Huge wine and alcohol selection. Tons of supplies to make any and all cocktails. They had sampling areas. You can make your own 6 pack of beer. One stop shop for it all.

First time I was ever there. They have everything you need or want. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place for liquors and wine.

My go to liquor store! As someone who really enjoys a good quality beer, I only go here to find the best of the best. They have all kinds, from IPAs to sours to ciders (not beer I know) and everything in between. The liquor is great too 😅 but it's more so my go to beer haven. ABC and tbh all other liquor stores have such a tiny stock of beer compared to Total Wine. If you're craving good beer, local or otherwise, look no further 🍻

So much to see there!! The folks were so very knowledgeable and helpful. If you can tell them what you're looking for, or even if you don't exactly know, wander on into this place and ask somebody for help. They are great!!

During the week immediately prior to Christmas, I was frantically searching for a particular French label, and without asking for any assistance, a customer service professional took it upon himself to inquire "do you need any assistance?" I responded "I sure do." When I provided Albin the name of the specific French label I was searching for he took it upon himself to look it up on the inventory computer system and confirmed "we do have it in stock." Albin then climbed a ladder and searched extensively, looking for the particular case. After about 20 minutes, Albin located the particular case and made me and my family so very happy! If it wasn't for Albin's spirit of "leave it to me" I would never have located that particular case of wine. Albin represented the Total Wine brand exceedingly well. As a result, I will always continue to make Total Wines my first choice to shop for all my alcohol spirits needs.

I always come to this store. The selection of wines, Scotch, and Sambucas is excellent. Quality is impressive, and friendly service.

I always come here to get my liquor. They have a wide collection and they have a reward program. Even though this one time they had a free cooler bag and by the time I got there they didn’t have any left. There was another store in Biscayne that were giving their customers coupons or extra rewards since they ran out of bags. It would have been nice if this store was doing the same thing. The staff here is pretty chill. It does get really busy during a holiday so plan ahead. Sometimes they have vendors there that let you try some of their products and they give you a gift with purchase. Always a nice experience.
